Topic: Anyone with Aug Eclipse in Tight Aspect to Natal Planet/Point?

Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I'm wondering if anyone has something in their natal chart that will be aspected within 0-1 degree by the eclipse in August, and what they think it means. As you may know, the eclipse will happen on August 21st at 28'52 Leo. There was another full solar eclipse that occurred at nearly the same degree in 1998 at 28'49 Leo- does anyone with a tight aspect remember what happened for them then?My vertex is at 28'49 Sagittarius, so that's an exact trine, then and now. I was only 16 years old during the 1998 eclipse, and I can't say anything notable happened. I do remember my Jr. year of high school being a whole lot of fun though.... :/ IP: Logged |

My Black Moon Lilith is at 29' Leo and my Sun is at 1' Virgo as well as my asc/dsc is at 1' Pisces/Virgo, so the eclipse will be hitting them at 2 degrees and the BML at 0 degree.
My Nodes are at 2' Pisces - Virgo so the Eclipse will be 3' degree on them. I dunno how it will affect me, but the last eclipse at that degree was at the time when I left my old life behind and relocated from Europe to usa and started a new life hereIP: Logged |

My mars is at 28 Leo so I'm expecting big things with this one. I will be in Los Angeles dancing my heart out and meeting up with a very significant man in my life. I'm hoping this will manifest positively - with lots of good sex haha.

Not sure how out-of-sign conjunction will affect me but I have a Pisces stellium on 0-1 degree Pisces. I gotta say it will be significant though. The eclipse will form a yod, with MC and the Pisces stellium on the apex.IP: Logged |

How do you think it will manifest with Squares? I was a kid in 1998 when I think we would have have had this placement, but it's going to be an exact Square to my natal Venus (which in turn is Opp Saturn) and it's a 2 degree Conjunction to my crushes natal Venus (which in turn is Square Mars/Uranus Conjunction). He actually just got married in July so I don't know how this will manifest for him. IP: Logged |

The Eclipse will square my Ascendant, which is in Scorpio at 28 degrees 3 minutes. I'm not sure if I should expect much. The year has been painfully draining so far.IP: Logged |

Yes! This Solar Eclipse looks to be significant in my chart. It will be hitting my ASC, Saturn, and Regulus, EXACTLY. Transiting North Node is a just a few degrees away from the Sun as well (in 12th House)...I'm also flying to Vegas that day for work... Here's my chart, anyone see anything here??

Maybe my Mars at 0 Virgo. Actually it's hitting my T-square of Mars 0.08 Virgo - Pluto 28.51 Scorpio - BML 27.43 Taurus. So making a grand cross!
And it's the day my bf leaves across the country for good, which I keep talking about. Lol his Sun is 27.58 Taurus.And my Moon is 26 Aries, his IC is at 28 Aries and NN 29 Aries. And his Venus is in 27 Gemini. So yes very significant. I've been 'feeling' it coming every day lately. In 1998 I was about 4 and he was 12. That's so interesting. I have Vertex in Sagittarius too! Vertex 28°54' and Juno 29°58' in Sagittarius.
I was 3 in 1998 so I'm not helping , sorry.
But I'm curious about this! Juno, Vertex and Mercury (I have Mercury in Aquarius 26).

There's two of them in August. No idea what to expect. This thing is supposed to affect my whole family... How though?? Lunar - Aug 7 - 15 degrees Aquarius Me. Conjunct my Venus. Tr. Mars opposite my Venus.
Mum. Opposite her Sun and her Venus Uranus conjunction. Tr. Mars conjunct her natal Sun.
Brother. Opposite his Mars. Tr. Mars conjunct his natal Mars. Both are wide though, 8 degrees.
Dad. Square his Moon and opposite his Uranus. Tr. Mars exactly conjunct his natal Uranus. Solar - Aug 21 - 28 almost 29 degrees Leo Me. Exactly opposite my Moon Mars conjunction and opposite my Venus too.
Mum. Conjunct Venus, square Mars
Dad. Conjunct Pluto

It's exact on my sun at 28 which is conjunct uranus, mercury and pluto and opp my sun and something else going on with my venus, mars and neptune but they so kindly moved my chart to personal readings  IP: Logged |

According to Cafeastrology's info, it's supposed to affect "fixed signs between 15-25 degrees most significantly."
I have Sun in Scorpio at 19 degrees so this eclipse will square my Sun.
The planets have been doing a number on the rest of my Scorpio stellium (Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Pluto) as it is, squaring my Venus, Mercury, etc (all early degrees of Scorpio except Pluto at 26 degrees). My stellium has been getting hit for awhile now. I hope it has a positive end soon. Things haven't been all bad, but there have been some pretty intense moments. The lunar eclipse today is conjunct my DC and my boyfriend's anti-vertex. ^_^ We had the bessst day yesterday! It was so unexpected. We woke up and went out to our favorite diner for waffles, then he got news that he had the day off, so we went to a museum with an awesomee exhibit (and had whiskey coffee and smoked a bowl on the way haha), then walked all the way to the best falafel spot, then went to this cool record shop, got some green tea and walked alll the way to this secret garden with cat statues, and cuddled in a bench and fell asleep there. Then both of us were too broke to afford a real meal, so we got dollar slices and ate them on the stairs somewhere.. played guitar.. and then went on the roof to see the beautiful moon! and watched Twin Peaks. The Partial Lunar Eclipse yesterday was close to my IC by 1 degree, but the Solar one will trine my guy's Sun in Sag by 1 degree, Sun rules his 3rd house but the Eclipse will be in his 4th house, I'm thinking he might move finally or at least be really really determinate to finally move to his new house.IP: Logged |
