Can this placement cause someone to be a nervous wreck or a worrier? My Uranus also opposes my moon as well maybe adding to it? IP: Logged |

Best placement in terms of creativity. I had a friend w this placement & they were "out of this world"... Literally. The person emanates "high voltage" kind of vibes. It's interesting to see them talk or move around; it's like seeing the humane embodiment of a direct current. Could result on an anxious or worrisome persona! IP: Logged |

Yes you right ofcourse. Uranus-Sun really dislikes anything as confining as "plans".I think what I meant was that this position can have one be very versatile in coming up with ways to deal with unforeseen things. Its not like there is a plan sitting somewhere waiting to be used(that is Saturn). But its like "in this red hot minute" ability to adjust and wing it etc. Also there is a thing with open doors i.e" I can leave if and whenever I want to". No obligation to anyone etc. Most Uranus-Sun people I know prefer contractual positions to permanent work/working independently. Or atleast an environment at work that is informal where they can relate on the same level with the boss. IP: Logged |

Uranus doesn't cause worry or stress, though it does give a restless vibe to you when first kicking in a transit for instance; like the constant rush of ideas into your head or feeling as if your brained is tuned into a radio with a hundred frequencies playing all at onceuranus is about intelligence, independence and working towards acheiving the visions you have of future (which often involve the whole society or a specific cause) once the ideas start pouring into your head you should write them down and try to figure out ways to put them into practice, otherwise uranus can cause insomnia and other physical/mental health issues IP: Logged |

I would also add a person with this conjunction has a futuristic mind and is able to sense very accurately how situations are most likely to unfold. IP: Logged |

If the person's chart is watery/earthy and not bolstered by empowering solar, martial, or plutonian aspects. But it is important not to think of these influences a 'cause.' Cause is our thoughts and how we deal with our fears. The astrological energies are influences that first contact our energy layers and we consciously or subconsciously decide how to respond, how to channel those energies. Uranus is a trans-personal awareness-expanding energy that tends one to extremes when the aspects are hard, and especially when involving Asc/Moon/Sun. Maybe the person worries about those far away. ------------------ The Declinations Guy: precise modern scientific astrology > Expert birth chart rectification > Rising Sign Descriptions ♈ ♉ ♊ ♋ ♌ ♍ ♎ ♏ ♐ ♑ ♒ ♓ IP: Logged |

I think Uranus can cause stress if you're restless and can't get out, or do what you want to do. I have Uranus all over my chart. I live that. Uranus transiting has made me feel so good in the past, but last year, I had a busy Summer due to my mother being in the hospital, and then dying. Sister coming back, getting out of the house, because we couldn't stand to be here part of the time. Uranus was conjunct my Ceres/Chiron/Sun. When it first hit Ceres directly, mum went into the hospital. When it turned backwards and hit again, she died. As far as I remember. So much for looking forward to a Uranus transit. I usually prefer him over Pluto. IP: Logged |

Yes, Uranus can be erratic energy in conjunctions and hard aspects, M.

Sun/Uranus 2nd house Libra. Restless, but never bored. I consider myself very principled and adaptable; but, that could be a nature versus nurture scenario. Unfortunately, 8th house Chiron opposes the conjunction. I know many people who died suddenly and this transit has been a beast. Yes, I have nervousness and worry, but I think that has to do with other aspects and circumstances. Genius? Meh, maybe in my own weird way. My signature sorta sums Sun/Uranus in my chart. ------------------ Claire "When going gets weird, the weird turn pro." -HST IP: Logged |

I also do like to have plans - I bought a planner last year, hoping to fill it up - but they never seem to work out! I remember a friend here, posting about synastry between people, with Uranus being at the forefront. Things always seemed to fall through.I love lists. I need them to keep me somewhat organized. Otherwise, I'm off in dreamland, and will remember something much later. IP: Logged |

I like plans too.I have too much things on my mind so having a "to do list" is a must to me.If I don't do that, I waste all my time.I would basically spend my whole day running like a chicken without its head Plus I love to follow my plans and realize at the end of the day that I did everything I wanted to.It makes me sleep peacefully. I love diets/work out..routines. IP: Logged |

I like one juice/smoothie cleanse, that includes videos every day, and shopping lists. It only runs every so often, and I can't afford to buy the app, but the last time I did it, in January, I loved having it all made early in the morning. I added in things like soup, but it definitely helps. IP: Logged |

Sun-Uranus conjunction (0 degrees) in Sagittarius here. 3rd house. Actually it's a triple conjunction with Saturn. Mars and Jupiter square all these three planets. Pluto semisquares them. Too complex to tell how it feels In life I've always felt like I don't have the independence that I crave (or I that I want more or it, or I fear I can be independent just for a while and then go back to depend on someone...); often I perceive that family/partner/boss are hamstringing me, or that they're trying to take decisions for me, or that people close to me won't let me totally free to pursue the things I want or to let make the experiences that I need; sometimes these experiences I long for imply that I have to take some distance from parental figures (or other figures), if not definitively leave them... it feels like there is resistance from their part, kinda "I will never let you go" obstination... and it's a horrible sensation; I can be quite a rebel when I see others that try to dominate aspects/fields of my life... I get frustrated and nervous... I have always suffered for a sense or being repressed, cut, I don't stand orders, restrictions, limits... and yet I'm not a criminal There is a hunger for mental, financial, personal independence... sometimes it is difficult for me to accept support... I mistake it for dependence... Ideally, I would like to be a round individual and provide myself with everything. At the primary school in class I was the original one, always drawing/building strange things and inventing stories... I like to write (3rd house)... It's my belief that education and schooling are paramount for the creation of a better world; access to education should be guaranteed also to poor people, to people of every conditon, in every country; I'd like to make an experience of teaching in the 3rd world, or were it's most needed. Maybe this thought has to do with my Uranus (the collective) being in the 3rd (learning, grammar school, language) and in Sagittarius (philosophical view).

i have uranus conjunct neptune, both conjuncting my sun, all in capricorn. all in MCrebellious sums this up perfectly. when i was a young baby i definatly had some anxiety issues. was fearful of everything! but when puberty hit it was like a switch went off and i became fearless. authority problems all throughtout my life ever since puberty. a constant need for freedom. sometimes i dont even like hanging out with friends cause then i feel like i have to compromise and do things i dont want to do for their happiness. compromising means suffocation haha i just want to do what i want whenever i want. i do love my friends though. if freedom is restricted i feel trapped. terrible feeling. probably why my teenage years were the hardest for me. i just wanted independence. i would say i have a different from the norm job and i love it! Im also a big fan of making to-do lists. I actually use the notes app all the time for iphone. If i don't make a list i feel like i have to keep reminding myself of what i need to do and it just occupies my thoughts. when i weite it down i feel so much less stressed. IP: Logged |

I can relate to what you said here. Especially the parts about working environment. About the topic question. I have sun/moon-uranus, I can see how it might contribute to anxiety. Uranus energy can be erratic. Though I suppose my saturn placements and aspects provide some stability, so in general I'm not a worrisome/anxious person.
