I've heard of an outer planet going over a natal position while direct, then once while retrograde, and again while direct a second time.

is it possible for a Retrograde planet to go back to being within orb for a second transit while it's Retrograde or is the transit always officially over after passing the point while direct the second time?

How significant is an outer planet conjunction to someone's Midheaven ruler? What orb would you give an outer planet in Retrograde to the ruler of someone's Midheaven?

Yes. This happens a lot with Uranus, Neptune, Pluto.

No.

Maybe a bit more significant than for other planets, so long as the chart is accurate.

Same as in direct motion, 4-5°.

I agree with Kannon.

Uranus will be within orb(retrograde motion) to my Asc/Midheaven. This is round 3

Oh. Sorry. Didn't know that was directed at me.

Well the 2nd retrograde hit of Uranus had changes in family structure.

The 3rd has yet to form an audible aspect. Will respond when it does
