Next year during the week of my birthday, I will be having some what I'm hoping big transits. they caught my eye while I was checking my transits for my birthday

*Natal Venus conjunct Transit South Node
*Natal North Node Conjunct transit Venus
*asteroid Karma return: natal Karma conjunct transit Karma.
*Transit Karma square natal North Node (in my natal chart I have karma square my nodes)

I tried to find some info about these transits be wasn't getting much or clear enough info. has anyone had any experiences or info with these transits(one or all three at the same time)
are they important transits ?
What can one expect when transit south Node conjunct natal Venus and Transit Venus conjunct natal North Node at the same time? I would love to hear from others about these transits.

I'm hoping with those three happening at the same time it could mean good thing coming especially dealing with love and romance. it would be nice since my birthday is Valentine's Day.
