No planets of my siblings in my 3rd house

1st sister however does have Venus/Jupiter squaring my Mercury(3rd house ruler).

my only sibling's moon is in my 3rd (conjunct my 3rd cusp by the orb of 1-2 if i remember correctly)

and my mercury is in my sister's 3rd house

This almost works both ways, not quite. My sister's Sun is conjunct the cusp of my 3rd house. My Moon/Venus are close, but from the 2nd. From what I remember.

My Sun is in her 1st house.

My sister's four planets fall into my 8th house of Gemini, including her Sun, Moon, Venus and Mars. Not a single planet in 3rd, but I have 3rd house stelium, Sun, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune there.

Very weird relationship with sister I can have. From super cool to total coldness and detachment.

Lol my 3rd house is in Leo and my sisters Moon is in Leo. I don't know her time of birth or what her rising is but it following the 3rd house theory it would stand to make sense that her rising is either Aries/Taurus or Lib/Scorpio.

I have Moon square Uranus/ Neptune.

Moon rules my 3rd.

My sister was murdered over 10 years ago and we got the call unexpectedly and out of nowhere.

I'd say there's a pattern.

I believe both signs in the 3rd house, as well as house ruler should be taken into consideration.

Also, I believe you should also look at the Solar Chart - Sun sign as your first house.

Let's look at Prince William's 3rd house:

Aries/Taurus, w/Mars in Libra...sibling is a Red Head?

Prince Harry's 3rd house:

Aries/Taurus, w/Mars in Sagittarius...

No detectable pattern.

3rd house also rules cousins. Friends is also covered here in Vedic.

Sun denotes male. Moon denotes female.

Sun rules authority, with Sun in the 3rd siblings/cousins/friends will may have some authority over you. Male siblings/cousins/friends.

Moon rules emotional rapport. With moon in the 3rd siblings/cousins/friends are the people you will have the strongest emotional bonds with. Particularly females. These will be the people who truly understand how you tick.

With moon here you may have grown up in a situation where the mother was more of a sibling than a parent. Implied here is that mommy might not have played her role, or your relationship wasn't traditional. The house cusp of Cancer ought to considered to fully flush things out.

The signs in the 3rd house, as well as the sign of the house ruler will show the sign combination of these people.
