I know it will be a hard struggle,crazy expensive city, plus I have saturn transiting my 5th...ugh...

What should I look for in my transits or Progressed or Solar arc?

So look for the types of fire/Uranus transits to other natal points that are less disputable. Right now Jupiter is trine natal Mars, which is restlessness and a physical urge for adventure, but not necessarily a window of opportunity for such a change.

North Node in transit through Leo will help you time those urges to a real opportunity, not necessarily to the Asc indicated by the birth time you use, but do make note of where N.Node is when you start making the changes. It'll indicate better where your Asc actually is by way of its position relative to your actual IC/4th cusp. (I don't doubt you are Leo rising, but your Asc is an earlier degree.)

Because of your 5th house in Sagittarius (and 6th in Cap), signs of far south declination [22-23°], and all those planets in far north declination, there is a good chance that in December-January a window will open up (because of Sun/Mer/Venus transiting through there). That may be for testing the waters of a new job/location before an actual full move, so let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your message...You are right, I am a LEO rising 18.38 degrees.

I am a bit confused though...How do you know that my natal chart is 3degrees off?
