Topic: Help with Ascendant - Sagittarius or Capricorn

Hey guys,
I'm wondering from these pictures can you try and help me figure out if I'm a Capricorn or Sagittarius Ascendant.I know I was born between 2.30 and 3.30pm ish so this is my dilemma. Up until now I've just had the time 3.33pm in my head for my tob so I just stuck with it. I think I feel more drawn to Capricorn Ascendant but that just could be because my moon is Capricorn. My sun is Libra.

Yes, it looks like Cap rising for me too.Sag rising likes showing their teeth when smiling and look more naturally joyful. My sister is a Libra sun and Cap moon.. But she has sag rising like me.. We tend to show our teeth when smiling for a photo and look naturally joyful face expression/friendly although we smile without showing our teeth. Do you feel most comfortable smiling like that or showing your teeth while smiling in photos? IP: Logged |

teeth I adore. lol
OP, I think if you 'feel' cappy,
despite your Moon, you probably
are. However you could be a cusper
perchance? I agree that Capricorn
fits you but I don't always
agrre the teeth are Saggy because
teeth are a Saturn quality and
Cap is the home to Saturn.

I've always been VERY weird and self conscious about my teeth - I hate showing them! I never smile with my mouth open - only in pictures when I was a child! haha! IP: Logged |

I am quite naturally joyful and expressive but when taking pictures I become more serious - but pictures when I'm not by myself I look a bit more joyful! haha - although I still don't show my teeth! I'm thinking I'm definitely a Capricorn rising! IP: Logged |

I'd lean on your being a cusper. Have
you studied the decans? If you read
the 3rd Sag decan, it might fit you.

@MoonMystic, it's weird. I and my sister feels more comfortable smiling with teeth than hide it (like earth rising prefer to do). Doesn't mean we adore our teeth or wanting to show it like a show, but we feel more comfortable to let loose our smile with teeth peeping out. This can be more obvious when we take group photos. We rarely hide the teeth. Unless it is a selfie photo (because your moon tend to show up) or under formal photos where it feels inappropriate to smile with teeth.My sister selfie photos although she smiles without teeth, she still looks joyful and has a big natural smile, not super big, but you know it looks bigger. Hmm, I don't know what makes it then, but looking at other celeb rising sign smile, yes, we both fit in with Sag rising smile. IP: Logged |

Before I scrolled down to your chart I was already seeing Neptune as the dominant influence. So if you are Capricorn rising, look for the Asc to be conjunct it or parallel it. Neptune was 21S17 that day, so that means an Asc in the second half of the sign.How you feel about yourself as Capricorn rising in your case I think is reliable, because if your chart were turned back to Sagittarius rising, the Asc would lose conjunction with Neptune and not recapture a parallel to Neptune until Moon was back in Sag as well, making you a double-Sag and you'd likely not relate at all to Moon or Asc in Capricorn. Neptune - tell me if you agree with it as strong influence:

I read up on 3rd Decan of Sagittarius and it doesn't really fit me!

Thanks Kannon for the link - I can definitely relate to it! I'm thinking I'm Capricorn Asc and Moon with Neptune in the first house! I'm an Actor, quite spiritual and a massive escapist! I also sing and write music and I daydream most of my days away - the bad side of Neptune ay?
Also having thought about it more I think Cancer on my Descendant definitely fits me more so than Gemini - I'm attracted to quite nurturing women- also Moon in 12th house as my mother was quite ill while I was a child. I think the chart I posted must be very close to my TOB. I wish my Birth Cert had TOB! Thank you all for your help! IP: Logged |

You're a classic Irish beauty brunette with blue-green eyes and fair skin.And your chart is spot-on for acting. Moon parallel Mercury and Jupiter + Neptune/Asc. I have no doubt you can be successful. Stay with it and believe in yourself! ------------------
