Libra sees beauty first, but it's more apparent with Venus in Libra, than Moon in Libra.

I knew a Libra Moon, Venus in Scorpio. All his girlfriends were really pretty, and on the petite side.

I believe a man's Moon describes the temperament of the women he likes, more than the style and look, that's Venus.

Also knew a moon/venus conjunct in Libra. His girlfriend was OMG pretty. You could tell from the pictures she was really sweet.
