After seeing Astrotheme has added
them as an option, I've been using
them. Do you? Which system do you
use if so?

I'm not certain if the Egyptian 'terms'
is the Egyptian system or something
completely else.

I'm glad they added these, they
really help define the energies
for us less seasoned in the art of
reading charts.

for me:
Traditional AC  is Mars
Chaldean - AC is Moon
Egyptian -  AC is Venus.
 
 I have to say I'm the foot
and mouth Sag rising, Aries
decan fits too well. My directness
can really cause me grief.I'm much
too direct and transparent.
 Traditional must be best unless it's
like chart formats and you just gotta
try it all out to find random decans
that fit better in each system.

I personally don't use decans and consider them an outmoded, fragmented sub-system. Every sign of the zodiac reflects/contains the whole, not just its own element. Therefore I give credence to dwads, but not decans for interpretative subtleties.

I find Chaldean quite interesting tbh. I wish there was more info on it. I like to explore and see

I haven't looked at for a while but Pisces decan of Scorpio rising clarified a lot for me.

From what I recall there were lot of libra and Leo inflections which made sense of connections unexplained until then

I do think it mostly is too minuscule to be used but is interesting on sun, moon, asc
