Okay so my natal Venus (Aries) is going to square transit Pluto around my birthday, which is another 7 months. It's a bit far in the future but reading other sites about the venus/tPluto scares me a little bit.How did you deal with it? Was there major changes in your life and yourself? IP: Logged |

SimplyLuna, Just for clarity, a clearer way to describe this which is standard description in astrology-speak is to say that Pluto's transit will square natal Venus. Natal Venus is a stationary point in the birth chart. Therefore, Pluto is doing the action. I haven't experienced the square by Pluto to natal Venus, but I did experience the opposition about 20 years ago. It is a time of transformation of love and relationships and can awaken deep feelings and a more intense desire to express them. This will likely find focus on a particular person who can seem more attractive and irresistible than anyone you've known. However, with the square the aspect dynamic is harder, more driving. There is a tendency for love to become more obsessive, especially in younger people with less experience with these things, or to become excessively sexualized. Some may even feel a temptation towards things like possessing another person, acting as if dominance is somehow a way to secure their love. But this energy combination could be helpful if you need urgings in that direction. If you've not had a problem with showing love and affection to others, expect this period will intensify it to a degree you'll have to make a real effort to keep in balance. Pluto generally provides a transformative experience of love, affection, personal values in such a way that you're never the same again. It also depends on what else is going on in your chart. I also experienced Pluto's transit contra-parallel my natal Venus in the last several years. This was part of my experience of early marriage to my wife (since 2011) and also discovering that I'm still able to feel very profound attraction to other women, which I did not act on. I have only experienced SA Pluto conj my Venus (in the 5th house, ruler of my 5th)... It when I started having sex, first time I ever had an orgasm (never had one with previous boyfriends but the present boyfriend was 10 years older than me, I was 21,... um... it was basically "hands on" sex education for me. lol. (but, Pluto is also in my 5th house, ruler of my 6th)... I would go into more details but it's not the place to do (but, it all related to sex for me and me coming into being a sexual being/woman)... I was never the same again after that... I have never been the same after any Tr/Prog/SA pluto stuff... I have a friend that just went through Tr Pluto squ his Venus and he had plastic surgery on his nose (something he has wanted all his life)... he is trying to become an actor and had been traveling all over for auditions at this time, too).
Tr Pluto is traveling his 5th house...(rules his 3rd)
and his Venus is in his 2nd, rules his 2nd and 9th...

That's amazing. Not to be tmi, I haven't once reach one or I thought so. It could be my Neptunian nature.(Mars-Neptune aspect) Thank you for sharing your experience with me. I'm thinking... and taking a guess my Venus in Aries (in 11th house, ruler of my 9th house) and Pluto in Cap(in 7th house, also ruler of 8th house) will be an interesting event. Not only that, Uranus transit will opposite my moon/south node. There are some more transit going on I think it would be a good idea to go to an astrologer to see about this. haha IP: Logged |

My Venus is in 21 degree libra so I'm also going through a pluto transit venus since a while. I have attracted certain creeps, one of them right now. I was sexually harrassed by someone I trusted a year ago (he was an acquaintance) and now this man (he is like 45 and I'm 20) claimed to be a homeopath so I when I went to see he was alone in his basement he looked giddy and sexually aroused and I found out he wasn't a professional at all and he was sexually harassing me I got out of there quick I never felt so uncomfortable in my life.I hate this transit. On a mental and emotional level I am seeking for a more meaningful relationship, I'm obsessed with this person. I have these standards I look for in a guy and I think he has them. I want someone who is confident, sure of himself and happy, and reckless and impulsive at the same time innocent but not naive. I want this person to love me from the heart or at least interested in me as a partner. I'm into bad boys but who are still innocent and not corrupted if you know what I mean. Because I wanna test how it would work between us, him having physical power but me having mental and emotional power over him. It's because that guy had a crush on me and the way he reacted to me was really cute despite he was tall and handsome. I want someone opposite of me because I'm quiet, secretive, I think too much and I'm logical and analytical, but in a naive way, polite and charming, appropriate, sometimes awkward when in new situations or meeting someone new but very sane and reasonable in my behaviour. I also became more conscious about how I dress, and care more about looking good from the outside and dressing better. It makes me have more passion for life, to look and feel your best, when you go outside the house, you go with a purpose and passion. I just like things looking official and good, and pleasing. Because I associate dressing better and feminine with excitement and passion because of course for a special occasion you do that, but I do that moderately everyday or whenever I go out because I feel excited and and more passionate about life. So I think this is a way to feel/express that. It's self love and respect and appreciation for the world around you. It's the celebration of the life you are enjoying living and participating in. When you put care and thought about what you're wearing and your appearance it shows you are passionate and have excitement about life, and also a good sense of self worth. IP: Logged |

A while back ago T Pluto squared my Venus. Back then I was in a hellish relationship back then. I'm not sure what was torn down in a relationships sense.... but my ex back then was very overbearing and demanding as can be. around the same time T Saturn was conj my Sun.Maybe some deep soul searching and a start to healing within...... Some break through.... but then a combo of transits were hitting my natal planets. IP: Logged |

Interesting to read about others experiences and curious about how the house placements color them? For those that had commented on their hard Pluto transits to Venus, what houses were involved? My tPluto square nVenus(1H, Scorpio conj. Pluto) is not going to happen for another 10 years, so curious to know. IP: Logged |

I'm still on the opposition I think by a wide degree, my natal Venus in Cancer is at 12 degrees, and yes I agree, a lot of relationships, mostly platonic but changed my view completely. Felt strongly, even my mom thinks I should tone it down a bit when it comes to relationships, luckily for me I'm learning a lot this time around.

i had that 5 or six years ago...i had a bunch of ugly transits that went on for what seemed like a freaking lifetime (pluto, NN, saturn, uranus, neptune they all made harsh aspects to my chart so annoying). transit pluto square natal venus was definitely the worst, for me. venus rules my 5th and 10th house. i worked in customer service - i felt like a magnet for mentally deranged creeps. i swear i would fantasize about murdering some of the people who took advantage of my position as the "server" to please themselves. it was a truly hellish transit. i can relate to what you're going through where the creeps are concerned! all i felt was rage and hate towards those people, it felt never ending. i never had any problems with creepy men (or women for that matter) before pluto squared my venus. i had issues with my ex-boss who was an ******* . i developed a crush on a guy who i now believe is a sociopath. i guess i felt an obsessed with him. i thought we met to be together (he literally appeared just after i had asked to meet someone special lol). instead he stood me up and was pretty cld and yucky towards me afterwards. i hope my lesson there was to build myself back up, get self-esteem together and learn to accept rejection. i did all those things and i'm happy with the outcome. the only real victim of that guy's behavior was my pride. i got that back too =D i can't stand him now. my only regret about the transit is that i felt like it wouldn't let me be myself. i'm not an obsessive person and i know i wouldn't have done any of the crazy things that i did during that time. i felt trapped and i hated it. i'm much stronger now but boy was it a pain in the ass. i hope you can work this transit to your advantage and not let it get the better of you. the best part about that transit was i learned how to stand up for myself. i became a 'do not mess with me m*****f*****s' type of person =D. i don't care what anyone thinks of me.IP: Logged |

My Venus is in Aries at 24 degrees. I have the opposition in Pluto natally, so I can only hope I'm prepared for this coming transit.

I have venus square pluto nataly.Trs Pluto has been squaring my Venus for about 3 years now. Now it is exact for the final time. Oh Gosh ! I am sooo looking forward to the day it will completely disappear. I am obssesed with an extremely toxic love sexual something... cant call it a relationship because it is not... unrequited... but very very complicated... It has affected my health adversely.. and it is driving me insane... add transit neptune square mars activating mars conjunct neptune.. I am addicted to a a manipulative, abusive sicko man who loves me but not in love with me... It has been 8 years but I lost all my power when the transit pluto has started hitting my venus.. I dont remember how many times I have asked for help on this forum.. It is like being a sado masochist... Hit me baby one more time...
