I really don't like this aspect. Especially being a dude. It's been a very difficult challenge to keep my emotional state in check. My mind and speech are mostly dictated by my moods. I am a very talented and passionate individual but it seems I always let the things in life- whether good or bad - run my situation. Making decisions is rough (I'm also s Pisces) but the number one thing is my consistency. It's mediocre and has swayed me away from all the positive, ingenious and creative progression I possess. It doesn't help they are both in the third house. I am very instinctive and habitual. The aspect is 1 degree tight natally. I have constantly missed out on amazing, AMAZING opportunities because of this. I meditate, play music, escape, write and do pretty much anything I can to not face myself. I wish this made me more responsive and understanding of women but it's not so. I feel like a ticking time bomb!

I want to do so many things and I keep reprogramming my mind so I don't fall on the deep end but it can only work for so long. I don't really know anyway around this and since I'm so intuitive it's a challenge to make myself alert or useful. The only cool thing about it is when I'm truly "on" and feel the fire inside I'm a heck of a rad dude. But this doesn't happen as often as I'd like. Any help?

I have Moon-Mercury opp. Not much fun either so i can relate. People with the Moon/Mercury are the most restless next to Moon/Mars and Moon/Uranus

Your Moon could be like Gemini Moon. Mine relates to Gemini too so i find travelling helps...a lot.

I don't stay in one place. I travel a lot. I even walk a lot...cannot sit still for long. Try it and see.

With my Sun in 9th, i wonder if i will make a living/career out of travelling one day? The stellium in 9th is making more sense as I get older....

I'm gemini moon conj Mars and Oppo uranus and saturn. Very restless indeed, but the saturn helps me to focus and harness the energy. Running and going to the gym, helps me a lot with restless energy!

Radium I dont smoke. It didn't catch on. But its a habit that is popular with Mercury/Moon types too. Keeps the hands busy and the nervousness in check.

My friend has Moon/Mercury conjunct in Pisces in the 2nd house. He smokes a lot. Maybe its about putting something in his mouth(2nd)? Like food?

I don't find pleasure in smoking. I love to read though and can get lost in that. Reading(3rd house) comforts me(Moon). And so does talking to someone close. I am very communicative.

Are u attracted to communicative types? I certainly am. But one also has to be the type who is open enough to talk about themselves candidly i.e share their real feelings etc. I like that.

I do like communicative types, but the more goofy and aloof ones. I have an Aqua moon and mercury and my Venus reside in the 3rd as well. I'm attracted to unique, hippish, rebellious people a lot

Yeah I smoke because it keeps the edge off . It would/must be cool to have a sun-mercury aspect. Power and Will of the mind.
The gym isn't a bad idea haven't tired that

I see. Venus in 3rd has a way with words. Charming speaker. You sing? Maybe i am confusing you with someone else on the forum but Venus co-rules vocal chords with Merc and 3rd house is talent i.e Talent in either speaking or singing or writing.

Sun-Mercury aspect is parallel in my case. Just like a conjunction. Gives off a Virgo/Gemini feel. It would explain my attraction to both these signs. And their attraction to me-esp Virgo.

I don't know if its "great". But it certainly makes one the type to impose their views on others. Speak out and attach ego to what they say. Moon/Mercury mostly absorbs, reflects whilst Sun/Merc projects and asserts.

I also have Mars/Mercury square-which us also assertive and argumentative. Mercury is heavily aspected in my chart and conjuncts /parallel the Midheaven..

I think when you read your chart holistically, it will "sing". And then you will find that Moon/Mercury in aspect is not so bad to have after all.

This is an excellent aspect. It is the urge to communicate what one feels and to remain authentic in that way. It is absolutely essential to urge you to the creative process you desire.

Radium, your complaints about cautious patterns of being habitual are coming from other astrological factors whose energies you've not yet learned to express in a way that feels beneficial to you. Some of those factors are Sun [8S32] parallel Saturn [7S51], which is parallel to Pluto [6S54]. This is a declination stellium that gives two core challenges: to inhibit and channel your vitality into truly constructive, lasting efforts (Saturn) and to do this at a depth in a way that brings about personal transformation (Pluto).

Yes. I have Venus/Nepune/Uranus all in conjunction in the third house along with Moon and Mercury. I am legitmately too smart for my own good. I see the world for what it is and have trouble staying calm because of so much mental energy. I must meditate everyday heavily. I cannot physically work myself hard - I will stress out. If i don't enjoy whatever I'm doing I simply won't do it. For better or worse. I am a mad scientist with a self-destructive, hyperactive thought process waiting to unleash my emotion throughout the world.
