the only virgo AC that I know of is my bestie who has slim hands and pretty long fingers; he is a musician also
sun/mars/mercury in scorpio, and moon in capricorn

I would think if arrogant is what you are getting from him that he is a Leo riser or like you said maybe even aries riser. I would think a Leo riser with sun square jupiter or sun in aspect to jupiter may be overconfident. People who are overconfident IMO have a lot of blind spots and that becomes their downfall.

I just saw this chart! He has Sun square Jupiter and Sun square Saturn. His arrogance comes from Sun square Jupiter and his insecurity from Sun square Saturn. He probably does have Leo rising. Those eyebrows and that energy I feel from him feel like Leo rising.

he used to make a lot of money from modeling, then he quit and said he no more wanted people to be into his looks only and taking his intelligence for granted! he actually stopped modelling when transit jupiter in leo hit his natal AC, which I thought was surprising because when it hit mine I spent a lot of money on clothes and my appearance and went to a lot of parties and gathering and became way more social; it did quite the opposite for my friend, and I think a new spiritual/phiosophical door was opened to his life

another thing he has in common with the guy this topic is about, is how they both work in the radio; well the first one doesn't exactly work as he owns the station and I am not sure if he makes money out of it, but my friend has a capricorn mercury exactly conjunct venus and uranus, in his 6th, which I think is what attracts him to putting his voice out there
