Sometimes I feel very sad, depressed.I've been like that for years EMPTY but that's not the point. The problem is that sometimes I feel very excited, like super excited and hopeful, happy with so many plans and suddenly at a drop of a feather I feel my heart is sinking.I feel something on my chest, like guilt. Is not about negativity like "hey this is not gonna happen, forget it" is more like I don't deserve it.I feel my heart sinking,it's a horrible feeling that I have and makes me wanna cry.I feel like "I shouldn't be dreaming with this". For instance if I want to buy something,do some sort of thing with my money ,I feel like "hey I should be helping my family instead".Or doing anything else.I feel like "this is not for me"I feel like **** . Having some traumas on my childhood I wonder what that could mean. Why I feel like that?I tried to find articles about it but the search was useless. Do you feel guilty for being happy too? There's some astrological reason that could explain it?or just plain depression?

do you have jupiter square saturn?or sun/moon in aspects to both jupiter and saturn? one of my exes was bipolar (not saying this is what you have), he was on meds and when I asked him what it feels like to be bipolar he told me something a lot like what you've written he has jupiter on AC very tight and moon exactly conjunct saturn I think jupiter and saturn are simultaneously involved in chronic depression, as in one or both of them aspecting a luminary while the other is in the first house (self) or also aspects a luminary

I have Pisces Moon square Jupiter. I go through this a lot - wake up sad and dreading the day and then suddenly happy go lucky and totally forget the dread. It sounds like a hard Jupiter aspect to me.IP: Logged |

We would have to know your childhood, and the details of it. Or enough about your life so far. That's a bit personal for a forum. IP: Logged |
