When we look for musical talent we want to see the significators of music (Venus, Neptune, 5th ruler/cusp) connected with Asc, Moon, or MC. I can't be sure this chart's cusps are accurate, but here goes ...Mercury (significator of the 5th) is conjunct Moon (significator of 6th house of craft/vocation, =feeling communication), and both are trine Jupiter (expanded expression). Good.
Moon is parallel Sun (creative unit of feeling and will). Good.
Venus is trine Saturn, which is trine Neptune, which is in wide trine with Venus. A grand trine. Very good. This indicates constructive (Saturn) and imaginative (Neptune) beautification of a material sort (Venus in Virgo).
Jupiter also joins in the trine to Neptune. Even more helpful.
I don't know that I'd specify music, but I'd definitely say that this person would do well to be very involved in creative efforts. Still very young with lots of time to develop.
Mars opposite Uranus indicates eruptive energies that would do well to have both a creative expression for an outlet, as well as an outlet of physical exertion (daily or nearly daily).
