Wouldn't it come down to how the moon is aspected in the chart, and also, if it falls in a water house?Libra moon by itself doesn't come across to me as psychic, I would think a watery moon is more likely. Do you know how your friends moons are aspected and what houses they are in? Do they aspect Neptune? IP: Logged |

Do you know what other placements they have (particularly water placements)
I have a moon in libra (loosely conjunct pluto). When I was younger I do hope Angels were real but I never experience that. I have Jupiter in Pisces, Pallas in the 12th house (conjunct Asc), pluto/jupiter both trine ascendant and other water placements that may contribute to believing in the higher realm. I have rarely experience outer body experience but they were a quick flashes. In fact, I am very afraid of spirits/ghost. I am not too sure why. Water placements can be a good factor of psychic. My dear friend has a moon in Pisces and his Pallas is in the 12th house. He has mention he have seen spirits and believe there is a higher being who created us.
His Neptune is also in the 12th house. His SN is also in Pisces.
Therefore, psychic leans towards piscean traits. IP: Logged |

Libra is an air moon, so would not be a placement for being psychic, unless there are other, strong factors imo------------------

Being unaspected, wouldn't that make the effects and behavior of that moon even stronger? Was reading about a psychic's analysis last night and he had 2 unaspected planets in the 12th which the author attributed as being a factor in his uncanny psychic abilities. IP: Logged |
