Since the first house rules ego/appearance, I was wondering how a Sun in Libra falling into the first house of a Virgo Ascendant would change the ascendant of a person. Would they become more of a Libra ascendant? Does the appearance change or is it merely personality? Is the change because of the sun or because of the sign in Libra?IP: Logged |

If there is a planet conjunct the asc , it influences physical appearance and outlook. So holds astrological wisdom.With Sun in house 1 , it could make one quite a self centred person. The type who wants to stand out in a crowd-not a typical Virgo Asc. Will the person be more "Libra" or will the Sun take over? I would say both. It will matter greatly to the person to be well received and liked. Planets in the 1st house want to make an impression immediately. But there will also be a touch of vanity i.e "I looked so good in that party. Everybody was talking about me" etc which is typical of Sun in house 1. IP: Logged |

Ah I could see that with my personality actually, i'm extroverted rather than introverted. Also people who know astrology always can guess that i'm a Libra from a first impression even when I have a virgo ascendant. Thanks!IP: Logged |
