What are some perhaps LESS obvious or lesser known things in a chart that indicate psychic ability like clairvoyancy, clairaudience etc? Obviously Pisces is the sign most often associated with psychic ability so other other things would be appreciated. Thanks!

Moon-Uranus aspects, particularly the sextile, trine, parallel, conjunction, even the square if the chart overall indicates it.

Asc-Uranus aspects.

Mercury-Uranus aspects.

Uranus in the 1st + flowing aspects to Moon, Sun, Mercury, etc.

Combinations of Moon/Sun in Leo, Libra, Sagittarius, Aquarius, Pisces in a chart that shows Uranus and/or Neptune aspects that suggest that sensitivity.

Psychic ability does not come to a person simply because they have certain aspects or birth chart factors, however. It is a result of soul development over lifetimes. It has to be developed and then encoded into the DNA. Planetary alignments alone don't do it. We have to really develop the Uranus and Neptune energies, otherwise what we have remains at the level of just basic intuition.

Uranus is the desire to know, a positively charged enactor prone to revolutionary or upsetting revelations. Example: Ingo Swann.

Neptune is faith oriented, receptive, and responsive with a tendency for prophecy and murky mixed messages.
Example: Edgar Cayce.

Both equally important, but come with their own leanings.

An example of a very psychic person not normally thought of that way is Nikola Tesla (Moon parallel Neptune). He was also highly sensitive and a bit of a germophobe.

I have the following:

Uranus (libra) conj. Moon (scorp) - out of sign conj.

Uranus (libra) trine Sun/Jupiter (1 deg apart, aquarius)

Mercury (pisces) trine Moon (scorp)

And right now I have transit Neptune conjunct my Mercury + trine my Moon. Let's just say I've had interesting visions/thoughts pop into my head.

Interesting. My ex has Uranus in the 1st, a Leo Moon (8th house moon too!), Capricorn/Aquarius cusp sun and Merc conj Uranus in his 1st and he once mentioned having dreams of communicating with his deceased mom.
