Topic: What in a chart can give someone a mix of Leo and Cancer appearance?

Can sun in first combined with a cancer moon in the 10th house (public image) do this? Or a leo rising combined with cancer moon? Or a cancer rising with a leo venus?IP: Logged |

Hey Aries i saw the list you put up, thank you. I tried to focus on the female you listed but i could not see any resembles between me and her. I don`t know but it is either a leo or virgo rising. With leo rising i get jupiter and venus in my first with venus conjunct the ASC and pluto squaring it. With virgo rising i either get jupiter in my first with both jupiter and venus but from the 12th house conjunct it or if i take a later time my sun and mercury lands in my first with jupiter conjuction it from the 12th house. Hmmm. I know the feeling. A cusp Asc?I was once stuck having to figure out if I am Aries/ Taurus rising. And to add to the mix, the two ruling planets are in mutual reception. I would suggest Kannon McAfee in sorting this issue out. Because reading interpretations of either Venus in 12th/ 1st can sound "correct" and add to the confusion. With all that being said however, Virgo and Leo are two energies that ime are very different. What aspects does the Sun/Merc have? Any planets conjunct the angles in both?

An obvious mix of Cancer and Leo could be if someone has for example Asc in Cancer and Asc ruler Moon in Leo (Julia Roberts), or Asc in Leo with its ruler Sun in Cancer (Selena Gomez).IP: Logged |

You can check this: Do people you like/attract have their planets in Aquarius or in Pisces?
Do they have personal planets in the sign where your Uranus is or are they in the sign where your Neptune is? If one of those signs is really prominent in your relationships, you can be pretty sure that this is where your Dsc or Dsc ruler is and this will by default point to your Asc.

The feeling is awful  But i do actually relate more to Venus in the 12th though, so my gut says my time might be around there. I don`t relate that much to Virgo rising though, but that might be because it gets influenced by other planets effecting it so it might be overshadowed. Can Venus on ascendant give a softer appearance? Both my sun and merc receives aspects from uranus, saturn and moon, plus my sun also receives one aspect from neptune. They are mostly hard aspects except from saturn. IP: Logged |

Hey, interesting. Most of the guys i have been attracted to have had earth influence, esp in Taurus. The guys that i tend to attract to me either have a neptunian or plutonian venus or moon mixed with earth influence, or an aquarius venus mixed with earth influence. The same goes for females i have gotten close to but the females aren`t dominated by earth though but their moons or venus tend to be influenced by pluto/8th/Scorpio, neptune/12th/pisces or uranus/11th/aquarius influence. But most of the females i get close to are Air or Fire suns though. And the males tend to have earth suns. IP: Logged |

Hi! A lot of people guess if I’m a Leo or Cancer.
They are in my chart.
Leo IC and S node
And Jupiter Cancer. People are more likely to guess me a Leo or Cancer. When guessing no one seems to pick up on my Aries Sun, Scorpio moon, Aqua mars, and Venus Pisces. IP: Logged |

Is it possible that your Sun is in the 2nd house? It would at least explain the Taurus men in your life. In each case your Asc ruler, be it Sun or Mercury, would receive a few hard aspects and this also changes the picture. The hard aspect from your Uranus to Sun/Mercury would give you Aqua flavour, the hard aspect from the Moon would give you Cancer flavour. Are your Uranus and Neptune in Sagittarius and Capricorn respectively?

Venus on the 1st house angle is a starting point. Especially when conjunct the Asc.It can suggest someone who views the external world in an idealistic fashion. Even when the rest of the chart is really cray cray. Venus in 1st can suggest an optimist, someone who expects a happy ending, someone who wants to do what is to them the "right" thing and maintain their inner sense of equilibrium. You could get on with people who share your view in all that is sweet and happy. So it makes sense that Taurus influenced people feature in your life. Ask Kannon to help you out and narrow it down. Hey, i might have a stellium of sun, merc and mars in the 2nd house and also my saturn lands in my 5th house so might explain why i am so drawn to earthy guys. Both planets are in capricorn. IP: Logged |

Thank you so much for your help👍🏾 Very insightful. I gonna go do some more research on that placement now. Do you think a 12th house venus conjunct asc will view the world in a similar fashion?
