Topic: Would having the same aspects in the natal as another be a good sign?

Their is this girl, I met her while I was working one-day years ago, we recently reconnected through Facebook, turns out their is a good chance she has Sun square Moon, Sun quincunx Uranus, we both have Mercury in Leo but not conjunct, and Moon sextile Uranus, she may also have Uranus parllel Ascendant, but I'm not sure what her birth-time is, I have Uranus contra-parallel Ascendant so that may also be a similarity between us?I know for sure we both have Sun quincunx Uranus, just not sure what degree her Moon is, I'm working it into our conversation though, I'll update this thread when I get her confirmed birth-time. So would this woman be someone I should be cautious of? Her Sun and North Node in Virgo both conjunct my Venus in Virgo. We both like Anime, horror movies, and video games (particularly classic PS One games, such as the first 3 Resident Evil games). She also has Mars and Venus in Leo, and Moon and Pluto in Sagittarius, lots of fire, her Pluto squares my Venus, my Pluto squares her Mars, and her Mars conjuncts my Mercury. Thanks!  IP: Logged |

Well if you have got the same aspect, for example you have both jupiter trine mercury (just an example) you have this aspect on your composite chart, the chart of both of you, of your relationship.
I've been wondering too. I ask myself the same question as you.
I think it can be a good thing having the same aspects as someone, but I'm really not sure, and it must really depend on the person maybe... I'm not sure... but anyway there's still this composite chart thing. IP: Logged |

I would think that if you both had the same aspect in your charts natally then you would be more understanding of why the other acted a certain way. So if you had Mercury in Taurus square Jupiter in Aquarius and they had Mercury in Capricorn square Jupiter in Aries, you would both understand the frustrations you have with communicating. Maybe you both can see that each of you can run off at the mouth frequently, which makes it difficult for you to have conversations that aren't always jumping back and forth. You can then take this shared understanding of the same problem and build on it in a way that wouldn't be as easy to do if you were with someone who didn't understand why you often blabber off at the mouth over small things or why you even just stay silent for hours upon hours.Any shared placements or aspects just gives an internal mutual understanding I think...It is different from a synastry/composite placement or aspect because those are more physical and outwardly, whereas a shared natal house placement or a shared natal aspect would be a more internal feeling of comprehension. Thanks everyone!Just wondering, I've seen a few threads on hear where people often say they remain friends/lovers longer with another person if they have an aspect between the same planet's that the other person does. For ex. I have Venus Square Saturn in my natal chart, I met and worked with a girl that had Venus conjunct Saturn in her natal, I found her kind of annoying but despite that we worked really well together, she quit but I still see her from time-to-time. So what would be better to have with another person for the long-haul? Same exact aspect, or just the same plants but different aspects? IP: Logged | |
