What you are referring to is the idea of final dispositor, which your birth chart does not have. It requires that at least one planet be dignified in its own sign, such as Venus in Taurus or Libra, so that the chain of rulerships always leads back to it, thus making it a highly influential principle that colors the tone of the entire birth chart.

I see. Only dignified/exhalted planet I have is Uranus in Scorpio and I don’t think this has much bearing :-/
