Kannon, my shock factor is currently
excessive. I can't even pet my kitkats
without zapping them. (The past few days but today is awful) Could a Uranus/DNA asteroid
In declination be a reason?
My DNA declination: 9°24' 1" N
Uranus in Tr is: 9° 2'20" N

I don't think I have a clear astrological answer for you on this one. And I don't mess with asteroids like DNA. If it were me, I'd be looking at what's going on right around me that could be increasing static on/around me.

Actually a little while ago
I realized the air is dry and
bitter cold. Static electricity
builds up best in that atmosphere.

I do think it's the bitter cold... for me that always affects my hair, I can't run my fingers through it without it sticking to my face from the static electricity -.- And it always makes me sneeze !? As if the electricity goes straight up my nose..

Why don't you set a huge pot of water to boil on your stove top (or woodburning stove), and then put it on low heat to allow the humidity in the room to INCREASE.

If you can 'afford' one, buy a room vaporizer (like some people use when their child or self has a bad cold), and let it run.

Make sure to CLEAN the minerals off whatever posts are used as heating elements. Using straight vinegar for around 5 to 20 minutes will soften the deposits. A tiny amount of bleach to the water can sanitize some water tanks (but pay attention to manufacture's instructions).

You might even find too-- an improvement in your hair using those. I can imagine that kitty-fur would feel good to have those operating in their environment? I wonder.
