Saturn Capricorn ... actually does turn out 'in-favor' of those of lower estates in life, the down-trodden and disadvantaged.

What belongs to 'the People' is returned.

With Pluto already there, having worked to expose corruption and wrong doings (with help now too of Jupiter Scorpio, and Neptune Pisces), this could supernaturally cause some flips, and power UP levels of those acting with Right-Authority.

Bring it on....

Interesting the tax reform was passed yesterday December 20th when Saturn entered Capricorn. Conservatives want small government pricesely bc they believe the people should have the power and keep the government in check not the other way around which is what happens with big government. The bigger the government the more power it has and the harder it is for the people to keep its power in check and for government to fear us.

President Trump said yesterday the day saturn entered Capricorn "if you work hard and lose that is not acceptable." Capricorn rewards hard work

I hope you will have a better time! The past years has been rough indeed.

With that said, I can't see how a planet entering its own sign means everything will be good. I mean sure Saturn in its own sign should be a good energy I agree!

But there is so many complex things going on, you can't put all on one planet, or any planet at all for that matter. Astrology and our charts etc is all just a map. How you act and react is in your own power, we have free will, or its my opinion anyway

I think it depends on your chart.
Right now Saturn is opposing my Jupiter in Cancer. And today I’m starting to freak out about my job security. After finally feeling like I was in a better place.

But once it’s in the middle degrees, I think it will be okay. None of my middle planets exactly clash with my middle degree planets.

It could be hard when it crosses my Gemini asc. There are so many ways it could go with the 8th house theme Saturn brings for my rising sign.

This will also be my Saturn return when Saturn is 24 degrees.

It’s so going to clash with my Aries sun sign later too.

When Saturn first was in Sagittarius it was hard cause it squared my Venus.

But the rest of the time here, it was to my advantage.

- if you have transiting saturn in capricorn making square(s) with natal planet you will feel frustrated and blocked in this area lot more than usual but as saturn is in his home, you can master it through lot of endeavours.

- if you have transiting saturn in capricorn making good aspect to natal planet you will reap treasures from your past works, feel very calm, enrooted, firm, pursuing and achieving goals with determination and an easy vibe like it's natural and will reach them.

of course, those effect will be stronger for those who are capricorn, capricorn rising or saturnian.

Just look at everyone is capppy/saturn dominant around you who were in trouble and stuck before, you will see some truly magnificent rising for them.

Frankly, no, not for the next four years. We're at the beginning of a Saturn-Pluto cycle and Uranus square Saturn-Pluto beginning in 2019. But, the good news is also that these transits will end in four years.
