I've dabbled between several
Chart formats since I first began
my tinerking with astro.com. (maybe 3 years)
The last 2 days of 2017 I
had an odd revelation within my personal charts that led me to try out the "Whole system" again but to take it more seriously
this time. Ok, I read all the descriptions I could find and admit the whole sign method really fits me. Except to some degree I could be a tad hybrid. A couple areas I see more So with my original goto (porphyy or placidus)
The reason I concluded as so -was after reading my Midpoints I recognized my extra senses being more favorable than I usually give any serious consideration. I had my water houses as only 8&12. Now they are all 4, 8 and 12. As well my Neptune is in the 1st house. and other placements change based upon the houses.
Why am I sharing this information?
As the calendar has just opened for many of us to a new year, it's a new chapter in our lives. I thought if others were on the fence with this as well, it would be a beneficial time to maybe reexamine your "true self", so that when using both individual and synastry chart studies, you may be most close to accuracy as possible. (I'm so obsessive, now I believe I am!)
I hope this is helpful to someone. Happy New Year's to all!

Whole sign is interesting. Others swear by it.
Mine has a lot of "cusp" planets when I use the Placidus. And I am cool with how complex that can get.
I have trouble seeing Mars strictly in my 7th. When Mars in 6th is just more descriptive of my Job situation.
Also Moon in 3rd cannot be denied. But if whole sign, it is strictly in the 4th.
I had trouble with Aries rising. Thought I was more Taurus. But had it rectified. So if it works in whole sign for you, go for it.
