I think is an aspect between Neptune and Pluto. Those who have Neptune in aspect with Pluto are the most evolved souls on earth.

Neptune sextile Pluto is the most common of all the N-P aspects but the conjunction and opposition are most rare. The inconjunct is also pretty rare. Granted, they are all pretty rare to begin with.

I do think there is something to say about those with Neptune in aspect to Pluto. I wouldn't go so far as to say the most spiritually evolved but they definitely have a better connection between their minds and souls compared to others. Not to say "more evolved spiritually" but they are definitely more open to feeling the power of a god or spirit or some other holy divine power of whatever religious path they follow. These are often the people who believe that literally ANYTHING can happen so long as you keep the faith. And because Neptune and Pluto are both so in tune with one another and the astral realm, they quite often find themselves having life events where it seems just so: some divine power is making things happen for them in an almost magical and incomprehensible way. but they take it and run with it because they are also the people who don't believe in missing out on an opportunity.

I wish that were true haha! The world would be a much more enlightened place by now.

In reality enlightenment is a choice one has to make, although I'm fond of the Uranus-Neptune in Capricorn generation. Many of them are in tune with creativity and love-based values. ♥
