It could be Uranus, Neptune or Pluto. They all have their higher communication levels. It may indicate a soul connection, the best way to gauge that is by how much love there is between you.

It is not in and of itself an indication of a long-term relationship, but it does sound like you are 'in tune' ~~able to tune into another frequency together~~ which certainly adds an extra bond.

There are so many versions of what people call 'soulmates'. I tend to think of them as people we have met before, in other lives. That's often just friends or family, sometimes the ones we have relationships with are magnetically drawn to us to work out karma (and yes psychic energy can be one of the pulls). For the really great, harmonious relationships, there is often a very natural intuition shared too but the relationship is calmer and easier. (So I'm told, I've not found mine yet).

Well I don't know his birth time so I can't check out all of it but I do know that his Neptune conjuncts my Moon, and his Pluto is sextile my Moon and square my Mars

I've always been awake. In my life I
found it easy to hide it from myself. With
the help of Neptune (addiction and distraction).
Incidentally it is, as
well as Uranus very powerful in my chart.
In the past 3 or so years, my abilities have grown.
Knowing you have them, paying
attention to them (don't negate your truth),
will help you align to the abilities you have. There
are resources online but the list is lengthy to what
we 3d humans can find to
be natural talents.

What I mean is that usually ur natal predisposes you to these abilities. So there is usually a transit/progression or both that triggers everything.

My friend always had these dreams and visions. But they were too far apart for him to appreciate. Until the Saturn transit and relevant other progressions, they became too "loud" for him to just dismiss.

Take a look at your chart. I dont think that these abilities were triggered by him.But more likely progressions and transits.
