I have had transiting Pluto through my 5th house seems like FOREVER ....it opposed my natal mars crossing back and forth 3times. It will be completely over in the next couple of weeks. I am left with the question: what does the last transit mean? When a transiting planet retrogrades over a natal planet, it causes friction and challenges...but what does the last transit (not in retrograde) mean? IP: Logged |

I'd rather not go into details, but when I think of my latest completed major transit...it was the completion of a process. How surprising, right? You may not know what's cooking in the lava yet, but you probably will after Pluto is done with you.------------------ Astrology is descriptive, not causative. It means the same as the first passes, except that in the retrograde motion there is more building of internal awareness to be put into outward practice once the transit goes direct. The central meaning is found in (a) the planets involved, and (b) the aspect dynamic. With Pluto in transit to natal Mars in an opposition energies of assertiveness, competition, empowerment, even aggression are triggered psychologically. This is so we can better gauge our strength and how much we are comparing our personal power to the actions of others. ------------------ Soul Stars Astrology - by the declinations guy Declinations: because the planets move north and south of the celestial equator IP: Logged |

Is your Mars also between 16-19 Degrees cardinal? I feel you. Pluto transits been hitting my T-square around those degrees too.I am thinking of more assertion, more clarity about what you want and getting that, less tolerance for bull,a higher need to see things "happen" or action. Since its in the 11th, I would reckon friendships and associations come into focus. Perhaps heated discussions on shared views that bond u guys? Or if no friends a plenty, perhaps more openness to get some. IP: Logged |

Thank you so much for all your replies.....very helpful! My mars (17 degrees cancer) sits in my 12th (very close to the cusp). I have had lots of possession/aggression or lack there of with many men over the last 10years with Pluto transiting my 5th. Just recently I met someone unexpectedly(Venus Uranus aspect) with lots of fireworks but it died quickly. Normally this would of sent me into a series of obsessive behaviors (mostly mental) but this time I was able to just let it go. Thus - this was the lesson of Pluto through my 5th house. Ha, I think I just answered my own question, IP: Logged |

Ha! You DID answer that question, Mztiny Thanks for sharing your experience and insight! Take the time in this next few weeks, and allow this to breathe in you. Really let everything you learned warm and ground inside of you. Let it all settle-in and mellow, like the end of a great movie. (topic) "There's no place like home"...
