Your Venus in their 12th house, your Moon in their 11th house. Some people consider a planet that is conjunct an angle like this to be in both houses. I'm not one of them.

Thank you I always thought and felt that my venus were in their 12th because of some things but were confused since the sign was in both houses. Do you know anything about a 12th house venus conjunct someone`s ASC?
