Yeah I'm Earth and Cap dominant so even though my Aries Venus is extremely prominent in me (I approach men first, I am flirty, I definitely don't take any sass etc) I have so much Earth and even a Grand Earth Trine keeping me reigned in. My 8th house is in Aquarius and I have Saturn there and it does conjunct his Aqua sun, but Saturn contacts in synastry can give longevity to relationships, or so I've heard. His Sun is also exactly (0 degrees) sextile my Venus so that makes me think that at the very least he probably likes me as a person and isn't revolted by me (our Venuses are in an almost exact square though, but I feel the Sun sextile Venus aspect negates the Venus square).

I haven't approached him yet in a flirty way so I don't know if he's keeping any hint of attraction towards me a secret. As I said, my ex had the same Sun, Moon and Mars combo as this guy but my ex had that adventurous and outgoing firey Sag Venus that made it easier for him to express his attraction towards me, this new crush is difficult to assess since he has that earthy Cap Venus that operates kind of like a secretive Scorpio Venus in my opinion. The Leo moon in him tells me he does love romance and affection at his emotional core, so that's good; that means that he isn't some cold person devoid of feelings!

Its tricky when a woman makes a move. Some guys feel awkward. But you can always flirt to see what happens.

The combo of Cap makes it hard for the individual to be open at first.But they are not indifferent to charm.

So if you can make them feel at ease i.e dry humour always disarms the Cap. Once this is taken care of they can be quite ardent and demonstrative-in a sensual way.

I have Taurus sun and Venus in aries as well!

However, I can tell you that capricorn mars in general and more importantly saturnian people and males have to be very sure you like them and find them attractive. Since he has leo moon and capri placements, he should like a shy, coy and serious girl but who is also warm and can show feelings and affection. It may seem confusing but yeah its a lot of energies at play here so. Your aries venus would be to his liking, and yeah you have to show him you find him attractive, but not in an aggressive way. Just smiles and talks should be enough but I'm no expert

If you act cold, or uninterested he will back away and feel rejected immidiately. I did this to my crush soon after he started to flirt because I have saturn oppo moon and wanted to control my feelings. And it back fired totally, he started to ignore me haha. Until I showed I wanted to be close again, like 4 days after that , then he was game on again.

If he is sure you won't reject him he will reciprocate sooner or later, but it takes time.

Also one weird thing, atleast with my guy, is that he is super bubbly and charming and like a giddy little school girl when his guy friend is with us (venus Libra) Like, he is very relaxed. But as soon as its him and I alone, his Capricorn Mars comes out and he is more calm and collected and focused and not giddy at all.

You can do that as I always think that the upfront approach is best. But here is a disclaimer- astrology aside for a moment.

First make sure that you are NOT fully invested in a positive answer.

The reason I say this is because if you are specifically focused on him. There is a lot of momentum and force dependent on him saying "yes".

So in other words, your well-being or rather your feeling great/feeling embarrassed is dependent upon him responding in a favorable manner.

In my experience the Universe tends to like optimism. So the more adoration you feel for yourself and thoughts of "I am sexy", the more it will respond with "yes you are".

What attracts a Cap Mars & Venus? On a basic rudimentary level; status! With the Sun in Aquarius this will be accomplishment in something unusual. There is nothing more attractive than talent and somebody knowing all about something that others don’t.

I am Aquarius Sun also and know way too much about what interests me, I love it when I meet a guy who is an expert in his field. It doesn’t in and of itself procure sexual attraction but it’s far more likely to than a guy who looks perfect but has no personality.

Personality is everything but I have to say Capricorn Venus does like to feel they have ‘won’ somebody who has ‘value’.

As for Capricorn Mars I would think that somebody who is consistent in manner, reliable in following through on promises would be important. Understated sex appeal, a smouldering passion and definitely not a big spender. Capricorn does not like to have his/her hard work unappreciated or squandered, major respect for all things ‘valuable’ is important.

Take him serious when he talks about his work and/or accomplishments, ask questions that imply you think he’s very impressive and cultured. Give the odd, understated compliment and let him feel like he is taking charge. Mars in Capricorn is exalted, I hope its square your Venus in Aries, that would create a few sparks.

Try not to ‘be the Saturn’ just emulate his and so long as there is a basic attraction and chemistry between you (usually you can feel this either way, but most people don’t pursue where that is not present) then it should turn out for you. ;-)
