I thought pisces rising when reading your description, it would make her moon in the 6th with whole sign house system that I use, reinforcing the virgo touch that you describe (health, food,....), it would place pluto and mars in 9th (religious ?) , her sun in 10th ("what about the neighbours" and work /studies), venus and north node in 12 th ( reclusion / martyrdom / doormat ), a bunch of planet that have been transited by pluto and now by saturn (saturn return) in her 11th ( friends society, hope and dreams), and chiron jupiter in her 5th (fun in pursuit of perfection, abundance and suffering in matters of fun?) If you're not even sure of what her birthday is, then what's the point of this? Plus you yourself admitted her mom lies, a lot.From your description though, Water Ascendant and/or Ascendant RULER in succedent houses.

It took me weeks to get a chart rectified with a similar 3 day birth date question. You've given a good overall description of her and her family dynamic, but it just is not enough clear enough into the person herself to reach a definite conclusion. It's a job for a professional, and not just any astrologer who does rectification would even take this one on. The only way it could work is if she actually wants it herself and cooperates with an astrologer in the rectification process. ------------------

Well, I don't see any harm in asking. Lots of times people just inquire about risings without much birth info. Might as well give it a shot and see if someone a bit more seasoned can help narrow it down or maybe see what I don't.
