I'm trying to find a new job and have been looking at some job posting online here and there.
Some concern is having transit Neptune conjunct my MC 0d orb, in early May, and my Mercury by 2d orb. Will this hindrance how I'm presented in the interview? -- Lately just feeling unmotivated as well. Yikes!

I get the "unmotivated" part.

Neptune on the Mc can have the two effects.

1. Holding yourself to impossible(even "god like") standards of perfection. Thus projecting this to others and expecting them to hold you to very high standards.

2. Not seeing yourself very clearly or what you all about and being very open-ended. This is also projected to others as getting the sense that they are ignoring you, not seeing you, misunderstanding you or not really being on the same page with you.

So when you go to an interview, prepare, prepare, prepare.

The advantage of Neptune is that you can use Neptune to your advantage to be whatever you want to be i.e you can "appear' as strong as you want or as "lost" as you want. It will all just be reflected back on you.

Neptune is very much like Mystique from X-men. She could fake being anybody but only for a while. And that made her quite powerful at opportune times.

First we have to get you feeling motivated early in the morning. So that would mean getting up before the Sun, saying a prayer, visualizing or doing a morning ritual that pre-paves you for the day.

This is more essential for Neptune/Saturn transits as both can feel super heavy and depressive when on the Sun/Moon or angles.

Once you are at that place of "all is well", you can start envisioning yourself inside the interview, answering questions etc.

Avoid being late and know where the place of the interview is as interruptions and tardiness may create the wrong impression from the offset and increase your nerves.

I always feel that its more the Saturn transits(ironically enough) that are tough for interviews.

If they happen to be on an angle,Sun/Moon, you can feel judged very harshly for any discrepancy on the Cv which can affect your confidence of delivery.

I also think that for some reason panel interviews or even a single person interviewing you holds you to such a high standard and will have a high position in mind for you that one mistake could compromise that.As you could be "tested".

I like Jupiter transit as usually one is indifferent to the outcome and that almost always guarantees employment. As one appears a lot more confident and optimistic- and that rubs off.

With Neptune, think of yourself on a noble quest. Make believe the interview process is a dark forest from which you can only see the rising Sun when inside it.

Its that hope of the rising Sun that will get you through. That faith that all will not be lost and all is well etc.

Good luck

Neptune is an inside job. So find your dream, what is your motivation. Maybe you're limiting yourself to jobs that don't fit who you truly are.

What others might think of us is never really our business. When we do the inside work of being true to ourselves (rarely easy), the rest starts falling into place.

Thanks for understanding Aries23Degrees, been feeling down -- I received one feedback from an interview. They felt I was dancing around the questions and on my end, I thought I was thorough with my answers. I wonder if this is the course of Neptune. tSaturn conjunct DSC/square Sun at this moment -- I felt a strong hesitation.

"With Neptune, think of yourself on a noble quest. Make believe the interview process is a dark forest from which you can only see the rising Sun when inside it."

^ Thank you for that. Imagination is important for me and will utilize the confidents -- maybe play the part in my upcoming interviews.

Kannon McAfee, you spoke what I have felt and the last paragraph is beautiful. I'm always busy wondering how I am presented (sun in 10H maybe?) and it needs to stop but when it comes to work/career related, the thought is there.
