The recent half a year, I have unfortunately started to suffer from severe stress symptoms. I cannot sleep at night, and my body is filled with an inner tension I cannot release in any way.
I've tried meditation, sleeping pills and reading books. But I think it is because of my current life situation which I cannot change at the moment.

Anyways, my life is a total mess, and I'm so depressed that it came to this.
All my life I've been aware of my sensitivity as a virgo sun with pisces moon, and I've been able to deal with it, but now I've got to the point where I am truly an adult and have to deal with adult responsibilities and this tears my mental rest apart...

The worst thing is that I feel so weak, and I hate this. I would love to be mentally strong and work fine under pressure, but I simply do not thrieve with everyday life responsibilities.

I am a creative soul and I work in this business, but my body and mind do not work very well under these circumstances. I just don't really get it, because I want to live off by being creative and help the world become a better place.

I just feel like I would do better without any pressure of my creative skills or that I should "create something meaningful". I feel that instead of working in any kind of artistic field, I should have just become something much more simple, where no one expects too much of me.

Should this really be my call instead of hunting some successful career which I am not in the mental state to fulfil?

I am in so much constant doubt of what I should do with my life.
I want to inspire other people and make a difference in the time I am here, but at the same time I get "too excited" if people compliment my skills or want more from me. I am so afraid that I will disappoint others, or if I cannot "deliver".
But on the other hand, I find myself surrounded by situations where I should do exactly those things that I dont like - deliver. What should I do? Could astrology help me out on my dilemma?

My placements are as follows: (I'm 28 years old now)

Virgo sun in 4th (conjunction mars, opposite moon, square uranus)
Pisces moon in 10th (opposite mars, square uranus)
Cancer ascendant
Libra mercury in 4th (square neptune, jupiter, saturn and uranus)
Scorpio venus in 5th (trine jupiter, sextile saturn, uranus and neptune, conjunction pluto)
Virgo mars in 4th (square uranus)
Cancer jupiter in 12th (opposite saturn, neptune and uranus)
Capricorn saturn, uranus and neptune in 6th
Scorpio pluto

Help some you don't know for free at a food bank for a day. That should do it.

I'm really sorry, next to neptune.

I'm not sure astrology will be much help when you are under such stress. As an herbalist, I want to suggest herbs to help you sleep and relax: Skullcap, Hops, Valerian, Wood Betony, Passionflower, and the Chinese herb Albizzia (Mimosa flower or bark). I hope that includes something you can obtain in Britain. Obviously, you don't need to take all of them, but here are some links to descriptions of each:

http://www.4brancheschinesemedicinecenter.com/healing-properties-of-individual-herbs/mimosa-flower-albizia-julibrissin-durazz-he-huan-hua/

http://botanical.com/ - this page has a search tool to find any herb.

The Bach flower essences could be very useful in regaining mental/emotional balance. Each one has its own profile as to what personality it helps. You could narrow it down to two and use a combination:

http://www.bachcentre.com/centre/remedies.htm

http://www.bachflower.com/original-bach-flower-remedies/

Regular modest doses of Calcium throughout the day and at night can also help, as well as B-vitamins. And please, give yourself permission to back down on how much energy and effort you are putting out for others -- and permission to reinvest in yourself and your well being. It is your right.

Astrologically, the transits show me that this is probably lessons in balance of power, because if you have Asc in Cancer, then Pluto is in transit contra-parallel / opposite it. Feel out where the real healthy boundaries are for you and reassert them.

You sound a bit like me, and we have some similar placements (including Uranus-Neptune in the 6th and moon square Uranus). Is Pluto transiting your 6th house? This description is from GrupoVenus, I've found it good to turn to every once in a while since this transit started. It is way less about 'underlying physical disease' as some sites would have you believe, and a lot more about self-criticism:

"The archetypal theme in this evolutionary process consists in inducing the subject to a period of individual improvement. This need manifests itself in the form of a deep self-analysis through which the individual mentally examines and reviews their components and internal dynamics that need to be adjusted, transformed or eliminated without reservations. In this way a period of time will be lived during which the being will be the subject of intense self-criticism.

It is, then, a time of cleansing, purification and healing of the Soul and the physical body, although in the beginning, its conditions may worsen, rather than improve. A deep feeling of imperfection, impurity, inadequacy and negativity in general about oneself will be reflected in the immediate environment, so that the person comes to perceive the external conditions in a way very similar to how he perceives those within him. Of course, this projection will also work from the outside towards the individual as a counterpart.

When experiencing an internal and external criticism, along with feelings of lack, inadequacy and imperfection, it will induce in the native a series of rather profound doubts, which will be a necessary experience that will impel the native to change and adjust internal and external schemata. of their environment to give way to new ideas, thoughts, feelings and needs, all of them now manifested from the deepest part of their being.

During this process, it is common to see oneself engaged and involved in internal and external crises. The former derive from the need to eliminate preconceived ideas, attitudes, beliefs and mental schemes of all kinds. This need for change will impact the entire emotional, physical and intellectual structure of the subject, and may even undermine or threaten the feeling of security and individual stability.

Until now, the native has been maintaining certain attitudes towards his work, his physical body and his mental structure about the internal and external reality. Here we are dealing now with the mercurial aspect inherent in the Virgo Sign and the VI House. Just as the Mercurian context in Gemini required to collect a variety of data, in order to make logical connections that order empirically the physical environment, the Virgo Sign corresponds to compare and analyze said information, creating a classification system for it. The focus here is on the detailed facts and how each of them connects with the next. By making these mental connections, a global figurative image is created about the nature of reality.

It is clear that the particular facts and the information that the individual selects or focuses will condition or limit the way in which this person perceives the total configuration of reality. The selection made is influenced by the development and personal evolutionary condition, and the crisis revolves around the need to reorient the mental and emotional focus, in order to introduce new knowledge and information. The old attitudes and mental schemes about what constituted reality are going to break now and will no longer serve. A deep cleansing of mind, body and Soul will happen during this time, due to the purification of mental attitudes that have become obsolete and have become real barriers to gradual growth.

The native will then experience a deep inner doubt based on the limitations and inadequacy of such preconceived ideas, doubt that will induce him to a self-analysis that will in turn promote a whole mental examination about the needs that need to be changed or eliminated, as well as an understanding about the deficiencies of such ideas and mental schemes and of the new information, attitudes and orientations that should be found in both internal and external reality.

In effect, the past and the future come into collision now in each moment of the individual experience. The collision of both induces the crisis due to the inherent resistance of Pluto, which is going to manifest as a mental tension that at the same time will produce anxiety, nervousness and irritability, with other secondary consequences on the physiological plane.

As for the external, the individual can experience confrontations with other people who are critical of him, based on those things that they perceive as wrong in the subject. The work environment can also become conflictive, since internal desires can arise in the native to change the nature or level of their work or the orientation of it, feeling that it is not compensated for by the amount of work done. The work itself can be experienced as suffocating and limiting in the face of gradual growth. Employers and employees may be in conflict and there will be some who lose their jobs during this period as part of the indispensable karmic retribution or as a way to support the necessary changes.

The recommended strategy will be to accept external criticism and reflect on it without becoming defensive, angry, angry or bitter because of it. The point is that the external environment is like a reflection of the internal plane and these messages are necessary keys, indicating the approach that the native should adopt. Thus, this process will promote a positive and indispensable cleansing of mind, body and soul.

If the individual experiences an internal need to change jobs, it will be important to create the bases that allow a gradual transition between the past and the future. The person can secure another job before leaving the one they already have, or can get new or additional training while maintaining the existing job.

If the person experiences physical problems, a change in nutrition and eating habits may be advisable.

Since it is a cleaning period, a good option will be in large amounts of raw liquids and vegetables, fruits, cereals and yoghurts, eliminating the refined or artificial forms of sugar. Yoga, massages and hot baths will also be beneficial. Just as the old mental attitudes are being eliminated from the Souls, so it is also with the old bodily ailments that have been taken for many years. As a natural process in the course of this period, mental tension will create the mechanism that will give way to some physical ailments.

The physical problems characteristic of this stage are manifested through imbalances of genetic origin that have been latent, or problems of irritability that are now going to be intensified. There can also be ailments associated with the pancreas (production of enzymes and insulin), intestine, colon, liver, spine (loss or deficiency of the necessary fluid), nervous system and auditory sense, as well as problems associated with the thyroid chakra.

In general terms, this process represents a stage of personal improvement in the light of a self-examination of the old mental attitudes and of the schemes that need to be changed or eliminated. As a result, the individual can achieve a cleanup at all levels. Once clean and purified, the subject can emerge from here to a state of intense personal vitality, with new orientations and attitudes towards life and an important impulse to continue his life trajectory.

Is transit Neptune in aspect to the Sun and Moon by any chance?

Perhaps the Sun/Moon midpoint is aspected by trans Neptune?

When I feel like I am "losing" it, it's usually a Sun(Soul) and Moon(heart) both experiencing harsh aspects.

Back in 2012/2013 Uranus in Aries was opp Sun/Moon midpoint. That was really tough.

I see you have a lovely Sun/Moon opposition...I, myself, have to suffer with a Cancer Sun op Cap Moon

Anyway, I resonate with 95% of what you wrote and my only advice to you is this: ride it out and let it play out where things offer the least possible resistance! And don't be scared..

You need to feed your Sun just as much as your Moon. Trying to deprive one of them, or both, will backfire. Trust me on this one!! And I seriously doubt you are mentally ill...you just gotta ride the "waves".. which MIGHT be hard with all that Virgo you got going on but try?

p.s. I also have a Virgo Mars...not THE best Mars to have but whatever...let him rip

*reads topic, and raises hand* me!me!meme!me!

I’m sorry you are going through this.

Jupiter in my 6th house...you think I would be super lucky health wise right now. I feel like I’ve been hit by the bad luck bus!
I guess Jupiter is not always about luck, but expanding an area of your life. And sometimes it’s like too much!
That’s how I am feeling this transit!
I feel like all my problems are stemming from too much work. It’s expanding that area of my life too much!
I learned during this transit that occasional overtime a few times a month is exiting, But when it’s constantly every single week, I hate it, and this is no way for a person to live! Plus I think my job is breaking the law. On Thursdays I work a 10 hour day, and my only break will be a half hour unpaid lunch.
I work with 1 yr olds who are germ buckets. I’ve seen just about every kid in that room get hands foot and mouth. So lots of hand washing for me! For the first time I got eczema. Plus my working environment is a hostile place to be! I’m spending over 40 hours of my life there each week. Now I am getting heel spurs on my feet.
I got a cavity! WTH Jupiter in my 6th house, I thought you had my back! Mental breakdowns, most definitely! It got to the point where I bought a pack of cigarettes. The last time I bought a pack of cigarettes was 4 years ago!

I’ve been so tested for so long! But I am finally working to get out of there!

Also going though Neptune square my asc. (Transiting my 10th house)

Also with Saturn in my 7th I’ve had to work with awful personalities so closely. Who say unprofessional things to me and try to abuse their power and take advantage of me.

I’m guessing Saturn in Capricorn opposing my Jupiter in house 2 affecting this too.

Sorry I misread it a little.
Having a Scorpio Moon in the 6th house. When I don’t feel like I have much control. I tend to dwell and get tunnel vision. Oh yeah I have Pluto in the 6th house too conjunct moon.

Sometimes when I feel stuck, I mope sulk, pity party. But then I also will turn to occult to help me get though a difficult time.
In dark times, I’ve turned to law of attraction, astrology, and dabble in Feng Shui.

I’m staring to take action to make changes. But I think along the way I’ll get some good vibes going with law of attraction and decluttering.

Yeah that’s another thing with Jupiter in my 6th house right now. Why am I struggling so much maintaining this appartment.

The universe is screaming at me to change my lifestyle!

I can’t go on being so unbalanced.
