I'm just speculating, but well I think the first thing you would think of is Virgo and Pluto. Or Moon in contact with Saturn or Chiron. Those are seen in cases of OCD, and this is my believe but münchhausen does involve OCD, even if its more complex then just ocd of course. (I have ocd problems and have all above signs/aspects)

Virgo because it can be obsessed with health. Also a speculation, but maybe munchhausen is seen particularly in the Pluto in Virgo generation?

And well one have to look at the synastry of the victim and the sick parent etc.

Chiron I think many forget to look into more closely. Its believed by some astrologers to be the true ruler of Virgo, and I have heard cases of people having big OCD problems like obsessed with cleaning, health, training etc and a prominent Chiron.
