He went from a scientist/inventor to a drug dealer, then a musician, then a model, then got into radio and writing, then into sales, then into theatre; then got some office job

eventually quit that and has been trying to get into computer programming but health issues have stopped him from achieving that; he's been jobless for some time now, and his financial problem is making him depressed

He's super attractive, smart and confident

he used to be a heavy partier and sex addict and is on medication for bipolar disorder; but he's very determined to find a good job, get married and have a decent life, loves children too

He has become quite moral since a few years ago and has stopped his playboy behaviors

he says his problem is that he gets bored with jobs very fast, because he learns very fast and can get to the ultimate level of a job in a very short time

I am hoping to get some ideas from your guesses to suggest to him

he has the fear of turning 30 and having achieved nothing important

Although there is a big difference between a Software Engineer/Computer Scientist and programmer.

Anyone can be a Programmer, a Programmer just writes code. Anyone can go to github download and tweak some random code or figure how to host a website.

But. A Computer Scientist/Software Engineer writes manageable code that is clean, efficient and knows algorithmic notation.

Setting that aside, I'd say he should try being a Professional Pen tester then.

Basically you look for Vulnerabilities on systems and then plug them or exploit them if they don't pay you.

Even on Lindaland I can name a few vulnerabilities which someone without a degree and lot of common sense should be able to detect.

If I was him I'd put a bigger emphasis on learning computer networking, software not hardware.

That sounds like mars in the 10th. Plus, with all that cap energy concentrated in the 6th, there’s so much focused effort on the mundane aspects of worklife that it doesn’t surprise me if he masters things quickly. It must be exhausting! He needs something dynamic to keep that focus.

yeah I think chances are low that he'd try and become a software enginner..he's 27 now and is already a university dropout (used to major in architecture/historic buildings, then quit and enrolled in an elecrtical engineering program, but finally quit that one too)

I don't think he has the energy and skill to get into bitcoins, but I'll suggest him to try and learn the pen testing thing for sure

thansk for your analysis, it was very true about him...he does seem to have this big need to reach out to and conncet with others...when he feels guilty that he can't do that unless he has a lot of sex, he isolates himself and reasons that nobody understands him

it pains me to see such a lot of potential under a lot of stress

writing and game design sound a lot of fun too, they're dynamic like you mentioned, it's just that these jobs may not produce the amount of money he desires..at least not right away

I had been thinking 'an architect' of some kind. His Sun (ruler of chart) is debilitated. He also has that Moon-Saturn in Capricorn, so even his feelings feel constricted and may tend towards melancholia, and with it in the 6th (job) he might feel like everything is 'hard work' and joyless-- atmospheres on the job would be subject to moods, feels blocked having to relate to 'authority figures'?

Sun quincunx Mars-retro ... sense of isolation, loneliness and feeling like he 'lacks purpose'.

These are my 'guesses' .. and I'm taking a different track-- towards health and healing for HIM.

He needs to guard his health... and maybe were he even to get into the field of preventative medicines, and expressing emotions-- rather than drugs and things that are soo temporary-- he could be able to help himself while he helps others.

He doesn't seem to understand himself or feel comfortable in his own skin. Everything unconsciously 'hurts'?, and with Neptune there, tends to override his feelings and be sacrificial and 'do it anyway'.

You said he's a model?.. may be subject to 'being used'-- It's hollow to be 'looked at' and be 'out there' .. with a sad-darker feeling hurting soul?

Again... I think it would be cool if he pursued things that bring HIM healing and release, and incorporate that into a way to bring him money.

How about an addictions group or house parent, .. become some kind of therapist? Eventually getting into promoting sobriety publically?

your suggestion (him becoming a therapist) makes a lot of sense

I hadn't thought of that

he does have the potential for that..jupiter is in the 1st anyway..he can be such an inspiration sometimes..the sun is also in sagittarius, he does have that guru vibe to him

I'm thinking anything that has the label of "work", or feels like duty, makes his mental and physical condition decline

on the other hand, becoming a herapist and a healer, serving people and becoming a source of inspiration, and making money out it too, can be exactly what he needs

he's been clean for a couple of years now...but as I mentioned, when he stopped that crazy sex/drug life (he says he's slept with over 50 people many of their names he can't remember), it became clear that that lifestyle was just a coverup for a heavy depression underneath...since then he's been on medication for bipolar disorder...I also suggested that he does research into maybe he can get off the meds, but he said he'd tried that a few times and each time he has become much worse...he said he'll need to take those medications for the rest of his life

he has great talent in writing music, but I am a bit reluctant to push him in that direction, because he might once again get sucked into that whole party and player boy life...actually I highly doubt that he will again, given how much I have seen him grow morally, but we're human and one slip can bring a downfall

so, I think suggesting a computer job and even music may not be totally right

he used to model...says he doesn't like to do that anymore, because he feels low when people notice him for his good looks only

becoming a therapist (for addiction) makes a lot of sense...his moon is also opposite chiron

and you know how physical the sign of taurus is? I'm thinking maybe he can opt for opening up a message/aromatherapy spa? both his MC and mars will sure enjoy that!
