Examples:

I only go to my mechanic if my car starts making new sounds and every time that has happened it was a good thing I took my car to the mechanic.

As for jealousy that is more a fixed sign thing, I use to be jealous when younger and that is all on my venus conjunct mars in Leo, Mars in leo tends to be jealous and my scorpio rising, nothing to do with my sun in virgo or moon in pisces.

In fact, I am not jealous anymore and is bc of my chillness from mooon in pisces and the practical realistic nature of my sun in virgo.

That has to do with the person's thinking process, perhaps a tight aspect between mercury and neptune, her imagination running wild combined with other astrological factors...

Yes I have a tsquare between Sun opposite Moon squaring Neptune. I am pretty open and blunt. I don't take credit for other's people work LOL, In fact I have jupiter conjunct Uranus in Sag in the 1H. Sag is my strongest sign bc my southnode is there too and I have neptune in sag squaring my luminaries so I have a lot of mutable in my chart.

Just blaming her behavior which is actually a combination of a number of traits on mutable signs minimizes gravelly the complexity of astrology.

What I am sensing is more fixed bc her need to find something wrong is like a compulsion (not a mutable trait). Taking credit for other's work feels more like an issue with the ego so I would look maybe for an afflicted sun or sun square jupiter regardless of sun sign for example. To be fair to her, mechanics do make mistakes sometimes so perhaps she was wrong for taking it to the mechanic but after they checked it and found nothing wrong they left some wires loose, it happens.
