Anyway, the Arabic Part of Marriage makes use of the ASC/DESC axis. The only marriage couple whose birthdays I both have would be my parents and they're actually divorced now. Unfortunately, it is unknown to me what times my parents were born thus I cannot calculate their legitimate Ascendant by degree.

My dad thinks astrology is stupid, so obtaining an accurate birth time for his chart will never happen, not unless I one day stumble upon his birth certificate somehow, and by then, the question you have may no longer be of interest. With my mom, she might be more willing to take out her birth certificate and give me her birth time. I just don't know enough about her past to confirm the recorded birth time as accurate and she has likely forgotten a good chunk of experiences that could be used to determine this information.

Even with what I've said here, the Arabic Parts are interesting to me, so I'm still hoping that someone will answer what you've asked. After all, I don't have the knowledge to answer your question properly myself.

I notice that people tend to think about getting married when the planet ruling their part of marriage transits its own sign, and often conjuncts the natal part
