TY for the replies. Some more info.:My paternal grandmother (outer) was about 1/2 NN cycle younger than my grandfather (inner). She was his one and only wife. She was a Virgo and he was an Aqua. If I had to guess, their descendants total over 100+ so they were very fertile. I don't know either ASC. IP: Logged |

I am assuming both your family members had mutable dominant (we tend to marry someone who has the same dominant) so I would guess the grandfather is gemini rising (he has a sparkle in his eye and has that face shape of many gem rising men). I would say his MC is in Pisces though, as more of your grandmother's planets would fall into his angular houses. That being said, we don't really know your family. Your best bet would be to check the possible house placements of his inner planets to see if they match up with his life and personality. For example, if your Grandfather is Gemini rising, his sun would be in the 9th or the 10th. Do either of those sound like him? If he was gemini rising, he would have moon in 6th, north node in 12th and south node in 6th (since I said pisces mc, his house placements would have to be higher up in degrees, meaning these planets would fall short a natural house). I assumed Gemini rising because your grandfather has a very bright sparkle in his eyes even though this is a black and white photo. Long meaty neck. He has a cleft chin with a very oddly sloped/rounded but oval jaw. Very common facial type in mercury ruled men. When I see him, I am thinking of Keanu Reeves, Armie Hammer, Prince Harry, Matthew McConaughey, etc. Not because they look alike exactly, but because they share very faint but similar Mercurial features...There is symmetry in his appearance, the hair part, the eyebrows, the cleft chin, etc. If not Gemini rising, I would say Virgo.

My last comment:I noticed your grandfather has Mars in Aries. If he is Gemini rising, he would have Mars in the 10th or 11th house. These are both very common placements in military men and women... IP: Logged |

Guy on the far right looks like Heath Ledger a bit. Is he cardinal? The other two with square jaws also look very cardinal in appearance. The tall lanky one looks mercurial.IP: Logged |
