My birthday this year unfortunately has an exact Saturn-Moon conjunction and I'm super worried. How can I make sure I don't have a depressing moon this upcoming year? My natal Capricorn moon is technically in my natal 6th house but it's like 3 degrees from the 7th house cusp. I have depression and anxiety and take medication for it so I'm worried that they will only get much worse this year than they usually are, which is already not that great.

yes i have had very anxious peak the year whenever i had saturn-moon cunjunction eveni f i have moon trine saturn in my natal chart, lots of delays and frustrations about my plans and issues or hardship in family. but that moon-saturn conjunction was on both sr bad aspected, i think that a good moon-saturn aspect can give good result like, stability at home, emotional strenght thoughout the year etc...

Saturn conjunct moon is different than moon conjunct saturn. Saturn only transits a planet once every 30 years while moon conjuncts a planet more than once a month. Transit Saturn conjunct my natal moon is not a transit I've ever had before.
