My partner and I love dancing, he has sun in Libra with Venus in Leo...I have Venus conjunct Mars in Leo with Moon in Pisces. I feel air is more communication, fire is more movement but Pisces is imagination and inspiration which I think is important with dance, to let yourself *flow* with the rhythm (pisces). I only "wish" I could dance?
I do great in my Imagination!! haha.Actually, I had an uncle who was a ballroom dancer and had won some regional competitions. One night I was invited to dine with his family at a ritzy restaurant. There was a Beautiful light oak glossy hardwood dancefloor, with a band. When the music started, he asked me if I wanted to dance with him. I balked and said No, I couldn't dance. (I was a superb athlete,
I just couldn't 'dance'.) He held out his hand, and grasped mine, so gallantly. I took it.. and he swept me out to the dancefloor. He took me through some of his moves... He tells me he's surprised -- that I follow EXCELLENTLY. Then he said... I just hadn't had a Man who could Lead.  *swoon*
His Cancer Sun is on my Mars Cancer. I have an ethereal-kinesthetic connection with the partner. If I don't have to "think" about what I'm doing, I magnetically follow the prompt. With Justin I feel his 7th house (originally ruled by Libra) being taken over mainly by Pisces (the feet) is what is bringing dancing skill. Mercury in Pisces is also in the 7th and Mercury rules the limbs so there is more grace/beauty in his movements.IP: Logged |

I am Capricorn Mercury in 8th house. I am Gemini rising. Afflicted Mercury. For this guy I would say it is actually probably his 7th house ruler Saturn conjunct Venus and Mercury. He has Pisces sun too so that could help but I think it is the 7th house ruler here. 7th house ruler Saturn is also aspecting Pluto and Mars which can add intensity to the dynamic behavior of this person when he is partaking in 7th house activities, such as dancing (an art form). SecretGeek .. By chance, I just found a copy of what you had once posted as 'your' chart in my digital folder. You say above that you have a Cancer ASC. In this chart I'm looking at, you have a mid-Leo ASC, with your {current-said} moon off by a degree or so? ... You must have decided to rectify your chart to earlier in the day, now. Okay.
