In my case I felt less sociable and declined social events. Even when invited, I would isolate myself from the crowd.

I think Saturn on 7th -regardless of planet contact, could make one defensive in associations. Thereby decreasing the likelihood of romance or meeting new people(7th house domain)

The good news is that if an affair does start now, it is likely to be serious in nature. Or be with someone who will make a lasting impression in your life.

Saturn/Moon conjunct aspects have to deal with issues of feeling lonely or isolated emotionally. Even when in a crowd of people.

Since Moon is in Cap, there could be questions around whether or not your life is a success?

Find a mate to talk to about feelings is my advise. You might need it much more than romance as responsibility may also increase-making you feel that much less likely to socialize with peace of mind.

Saturn heavy people tend to come across very serious. So most people don't think them "fun".

I have been single since 2016. That's 3 years and going strong.

I have made peace with the idea that I am not easily impressed. It gets lonely sure, but I get over that and focus on other things.
