Topic: Why do I have issues with Cancer men or men who have Cancer placements?

I don't dislike them I just feel that they are too emotional. I think they like to read people and when you are upset. They will ask if you are ok etc. Maybe I just don't like being in touch with my emotions? Could it be my Moon in Aquarius, Moon square Pluto or Moon parallel Saturn?I don't have issues with the women I think they make good friends. IP: Logged |

I have Moon in Aquarius and don’t feel like this, and mercury.Look at what Cancer rules in your chart.
Moon square Pluto could be a culprit though.

SOME Cancer people/placements tend to make a person passive aggressive, clingy and manipulative. Perhaps these are characteristics most associated with women making them even more unattractive in a man?
I can’t stand Cancer moons for this reason and I have a hard time with Cancer Mars too. My Dad is latter. IP: Logged |

Its interesting because you 7th house is Aqua. And your Moon is in Aqua.The 7th is what we are attracted to and with Moon in Aqua, the typical would be an attraction to the emotional types-since the Moon is there(whole sign) But since the Moon is afflicted by Pluto. This means that relations with those type bring up intense feelings and even hatred. A roommate had Moon-Pluto opp and he used to undermine my masculinity a lot. Called me "panty wearer" and "tissue holder" etc. I have the Moon in Cancer and always used to think that he suppresses his feelings a lot. And would call him out on that. My mistake was doing it publicly. As privately, he grew to confide stuff but would turn cold and distant again because he felt "naked". Not an easy cohabitation Maybe Cancer people become too intrusive. There are those whom I don't like for trying to get underneath my skin. I get that. Its private. But other Cancers just care and really want to get to know u intimately. I have 7th house cusp in Libra. Any person with planets there would react with my Mars in Libra. Both irritation and attraction all at once.

People with Moon in Aquarius are usually said to be detached. I don't know about them being attracted to emotional types. I don't like overly emotional people.

Typo. What I meant was that you are into the intellectual type. And having Moon there suggests being into those intellectualize their feelings.So maybe Cancers don't and thus come across over-emotional or "irrational". IP: Logged |

Cancer ruling your twelfth is exactly why you don’t like them. And your ruler is the Moon and afflicted by Pluto. Honestly this makes sense, I personally don’t like Libras too much and that rules my 12th. To be real Libra is the one sign that really makes me have to use conscious effort. Maybe the sign that rules the Twelfth is what you have unconsciously already learned or can see through idk, vise versa?. There was a chick I used to know and we had some feelings for each other but it never went anywhere.Same for another. One had a Libra Moon and Mars, another one a Sun. But it wasn't hostile. Frankly, I don't think I get along with the Rising Sign of Libra more than anything else. I view them in a 12th house style, so they can look deceptive or plotting. Yeah, I had one friend with a Libra ASC and he was a huge douche, but let's say..we're even. My former drummer is a Libra Rising and we always had a hard time clicking externally. If they already have an afflicted chart or whatever on top of an already jaded perception of them it would add to the misunderstanding. IP: Logged |

You are right about the too intrusive part. I was talking to this guy who has Mercury in Cancer and Mars in Cancer. I told him that I don't really go out a lot. And he asked me why I felt like he was being too nosy. Another guy who has Sun in Cancer does the same thing. He asks me what's wrong if I seem upset. And want me to go into detail I hate that lol. But the women are ok though I don't really have issues with them. I do think they are too emotional though. But it's the men that I have problems with. IP: Logged |
