What I mean is, what are un-saturnian people like?

What aspects/placements do you think they have?

I'm looking for what signs/aspects/placements can make someone the most non-saturnian person there ever can be?!

I would think a very strong Jupiter. If Saturn is conservative, restrictive, disciplined, then Jupiter could represent progressive, expansive, non-disciplined.

If rulerships are to be believed, and Saturn rules Capricorn and secondarily Aquarius. Then according to that the opposite should be the Moon/Cancer, and the Sun/Leo.

For me, I think it's all up to interpretation, strong Neptune can make a person not very grounded or disciplined, same with Uranus, but so do many things.

In my mind, Saturn rules Capricorn but only co-rules Aquarius, so in the TRUEST sense I think Lunar folks would be the opposite of Saturnian folks.

Since Saturn would use logic, reason, objectivity, rationality...the Moon would use intuition, emotion, sense and feeling.

Saturn vs. Jupiter makes sense, but this is more a clash of ideals...restriction vs. expansion.

very interesting! thank you all!

jupiter makes a lot of sense, because a lot of it or planets in sagittarius would make a person take life easy and be overall happy and optimistic, and moon/cancer strong people are also not emotionally stable/consistent the way saturnians can be

I was thinking in a way also taurus/libra who love to relax and just enjoy all the good things in life...however I have seen many judgemental libras who make me doubt about libra...as saturn is exalted in libra and the 7th house...so the wisdom it bestows upon these people may make them quite responsible and/or serious folks

and leo, well I have to agree totally based on the people of this sign with sun/moon/ac that I know...it seems that even when there is strong saturn/capricorn or 10th house influence, the person seems to be overall cool and happy and emanates good vibes

about uranus/aquarius, they are pretty unpredictable and come off as random...but their overall coldness and also their intelligence are very saturn-like to me

and the pisces/neptunian people I have encountered have all been nice, hardworking and consistent people...very talented too...their only issue is that they tend to love loneliness from time to time, and may as a result distant themselves from the world, but overall I think neptune is a friend of saturn...I also think so about mercury and pluto (gemini, virgo and scorpio)

I see aries clash with capricorn quite often too...so maybe mars too isn't a friend of saturn, although I have seen that these two as a team can achieve great things together

The opp of Saturn would be the Sun I think. That is if I go with traditional rulers.

Sun rules Leo exalted in Aries
Saturn rules Cap/Aqua & exalted in Libra

Jupiter rules Pis/Sag & exalted in Cancer
Mars rules Scorpio/Aries & exalted in Cap

So I guess Mars and Jupiter would be "opposites" if we are to take the signs of exaltation into consideration?

When using planets for stock trading, Jupiter is the most bullish. Saturn is the most bearish. To a smaller degree, Venus is bullish and Mars is bearish.

Signs are different. Markets seem to peak when the NN is in Leo and bottom when the NN is in Aqua. 18.6 year cycle.

Everybody has Saturn in their chart and everybody will experience Saturn transits....

The idea of 'opposites' works mathematically, but not really on a psychological basis. Obviously the opposite sign for Capricorn - ruled by Saturn, is Cancer but they have a lot in common. As polar = opposite = vibration = energy.

In science opposite is a link. ;-)

Moon

Capricorn/Saturn/10th house and Cancer/Moon/4th house archetypes are opposites in every sense of the word.

I would say Sun as well. It fits quite well, especially considering all the lore and mythology behind Saturn/Capricorn.

That's an interesting question, and complex, since we're talking about an archetype, Saturn, which has a wide spectrum of meanings, in relation to other archetypes.

In addition to the examples mentioned, Uranus may be included as well. Uranus represents freedom/liberation, adventure, boldness, risk taking, change, the new/youth, rebellion and disruption of the status quo. Saturn represents the status quo, continuity, stability, the old, tradition, discipline, boundaries, limits, security, the sage and wisdom.

The balancing of Saturn and Uranus, holding these two contrasting energies in equilibrium without identifying with one and "splitting off" and denying the other is a work of a lifetime for all of us, but particularly those with Saturn and Uranus in major aspect.
