Pisces 29 represents "ultimate endings" and 12th house is where things dissolve. What planet is transiting?

Yes, but not usually as terminal as the term 'endings' may imply. It can represent endings of an old life and the beginning of a new one, depending on what planets are involved (and simultaneous progressions).

Then it has entered your 1st, more in line with new beginnings, change of identity in pursuit of a different vision or ideal. Of course, I always qualify that by saying that it depends entirely on how accurate your Asc figure is -- which is not necessarily secured by a to-the-minute time on your birth record.

My birth time is precise. It came from my birth certificate.

Yes. When Saturn was in my 12th house and moved into my 1st, I started a whole new life. Usually the ending is very karmic and painful depending on the aspects.
