Can Saturn act as a benefic planet?

example: a dominant Saturn, in conjunction with the ascendant, in Capricorn and making trines and sextiles to personal planets.

Or a good Saturn will also generate limitations and delays?

I ask since an astrologer told me that it can generate a lot of money with my Saturn. He relied on taking saturn as the regent of the aquarium (2nd house). He is the 3rd astrologer who read me my natal chart, but he is the first one who stressed this to me
and I had never read anything related.

Saturn means learning through experience, developing strength of character. Near the Asc, it urges one to be a person of substance who follows through, not just someone who talks big ideas. It may also require ambitions be broken down into small steps accomplished sequentially instead of feeling overwhelmed by responsibility or high expectations.

Such Saturn factors are not in our charts to bring us good or bad material outcomes, but are urgings of the Soul to develop the qualities of a substantive person, a person of character and constructiveness, integrity, persistence, the capacity for restraint of indulgence.

Saturn certainly can afford material rewards. But only through earnest, intentful application. No half measures.

The rewards are long and coming. Not immediate. You may go from being called "the miser" to "the wiser" over time as people notice your more sensible nature.
