Uranus's transit conjunct/parallel natal Sun is an awakener of potentials and new energies that will be felt on all levels -- physical, mental, and spiritual. You can say yes to the more transpersonal (ego transcending) parts of yourself, or at least break out of your ruts, and allow the new energies to grow your identity further and become more free and whole.

This will come with some surprises, some unexpected elements that will to some degree test your confidence and self-image. The key idea is often about how you can be less 'self-reliant' and more interconnected, more interdependent. It is this that leads to more spontaneity and freedom, not straining to prove your independence or distinctiveness. However, anyone can show what makes them distinctive and unique as a result of this transit. You may stand out and get noticed more -- if you allow it and are not intimidated by it.

You will not likely feel this so much on an emotional level (at least until the latter period of the transit) since a good portion of the transit is accompanied by Saturn's transit conjunct your natal Sun (as it is now). The current Saturn conjunct my Moon (which was exact a few days ago) has been terrible for me in terms of dating since my moon is close to my 7th house cusp. You're def right that I've felt like people absolutely hate me. I'd never felt that way until Saturn creeped closer to my moon this year. I have actually buckled down more and went back to school in February and plan to continue until I get my AA and then can transfer to a San Diego State (hopefully) in 2 years. I'm doing well in my studies so far.

Moon-Uranus square people already feel like they are an island-detached from all people and closeness. Uranus in 7th emphasizes that in your case.

Uranus conjunct Sun may bring with it a realization for a change of direction or some type of detachment from whence you are.

Since Taurus is your Sun, it is likely to mess with things that you feel safe having/owning.

And its subsequent ruling of the 2nd house may suggest that you either de-clutter or give away what you have. Or you will be forced to give it up through theft or necessity.

Uranus is currently in trine aspect to my Sun. I have Sag Sun so I am seeing this aspect as adjustments to where I am headed. I changed directions... True.

The sun, for me, rules my seventh.

Kannon's reflection about becoming less self-reliant is really interesting. I am a single mum, and fiercely independent to the point of almost being a loner whenever I get free time. I can definitely see how Uranus might want to change that (esp as I have an Aquarius ascendant).

The kicker for me will be having moon at 2.00 Leo - I suspect that Uranus will have fun with my emotions on the way before working on my sun 'core'.

Interestingly, my mum has sun at 3.01 Taurus, and her estimated ascendant is at 28deg Aries, and her natal Uranus is at 28deg cancer, so is currently squared.

After many many years she has finally decided to sell our childhood home, and shockingly, she's basically sold it before it even made it online. This is huge out of the comfort zone stuff for her - but strikes me as very Uranus.

I meant to say Pluto is on your Uranus-Venus square and can intensify the feeling of social awkwardness. Whilst Ven-Nep square to Pluto intensifies the feelings of longing for companionship and having unfulfilled ideals.

The ruler of your Asc is conjunct the DSC in Cap from the 6th. You play the "authoritative" mother role in relationships as well as with your colleagues in the work environment.

Cap DSC have a desire to formalize partnerships. So marriage, commitment and all those things are never far from their minds. The ruler closely conjunct makes relationships of this nature important to you.

Uranus/Neptune conjunct in 7th makes the realization of this a challenge. As high ideals(Nep) about relationships and fear of intimacy(Uranus) within them, can have you go feel back/forth about a subject matter and area of life very pertinent to you.

Pluto transit will resolve any lose ends. And when done with both, you will make a decision about partnerships and what you want from them once and for all.

I stand by my earlier sentiments about Sun conjunct Uranus(ruling the 2nd house). As something about your material comfort zone will change.

The one thing that gives Cancer Asc people so much confidence is their focus on material security (2nd house in Leo)-savings, money in overseas accounts or physical belongings etc.

This transit may change all that or prevent you from hoarding everything and only picking out the essentials.

You may go through a period of feeling deeply insecure and jarred from feeling secure(Especially when we see that Sun is in Taurus). As friendships and tight bonds loosen as well - friends move away or don't see u often enough because of distance.

Yes this couldn't be more accurate! I'm pretty sure certain exes have made similar remarks but did so using more negative words so I don't remember any specific events, but I'm certain I've heard it from certain exes before lol. I guess the fact that I am Capricorn dominant with my Ascendant ruler the Moon being in Capricorn as well I often tend to want to micromanage and control people and obviously since the Moon is a few degrees from from DC this ALWAYS manifests ONLY in romantic relationships. I'm a little more passive in a work/volunteer environment because I know my superiors are watching and would quickly dismiss a someone controlling and micromanaging (though I swear I don't do it purposely). Since the Moon rules emotions that unfortunately also adds to my sometimes super strict/controlling persona in relationships with men .
