I think that's bit of a stretch. Scarlette Johansson is a Sagittarius rising and doesn't have an oval shaped face, or prominent nose tip. She has a more rounded face and bulbous nose. Kim Kardashian is also a Sag rising and yet their features couldn't be more different. So again, I don't believe the rising can determine the way you will look. Im an Aquarius rising and yet hardly anyobe can tell. I don't have the same features as other Aquarius risings.

Look at pictures of her in 2007 or 2008. That's how she looks. Her and Scarlette have completely different features.

As for the hair, they've both gotten cuts and such as is normal for any person of any sign but they have both shown they have long thick natural hair before so again I don't know what you mean. To add on, ScarJo and Kim both have very nicely shaped calves, as does Christina Aguilera, Cheryl Cole, Shania Twain, etc, other Sag woman.

The Ascendant, Sun, and Moon definitely helps determine the way we look along with genetics. You're just being stubborn and not wanting to see that for whatever reason...I assume you took my first comment about Cancer ASCs out of connotation and are now playing a bit defensive on the matter of physical beauty but, as I said before, you can't really deny that certain signs are born with certain features that may be seen as more attractive universally.
