I regret switching to Dental Assisting I don't like it. I know I prefer Massage Therapy because I still think about it a lot. And I even went to another Massage school wanting to go to school for it part time. While going to Dental School but it was too much. But now I just want to go back to Massage. IP: Logged |

Taurus Sun and Taurus Midheaven. I have always thought of massage therapy as a Taurus profession. I'm an esthetician and I know some massage therapists, they all give off that Taurus vibe.IP: Logged |

Before I saw your chart I already knew there would be some Taurus. Taurus Sun, Taurus MC is the culprit IP: Logged |

As a Taurus Sun and MT, you will tire doing 30 hours a week of hands on work. The usual timeframe of an MT is 2 years. I'd finish the dental school, then that way you will have something to fall back on when you get over being an MT, and you will get over it! IP: Logged |

Most Taurus enjoy massage therapy I know a few who have been massage therapists for 10 years. Yes I know I'll need something to fall back on. The Massage program is only 9 months so I'll be finished by February. I want to work as an MT while I'm going to school for something else.

Do you like being an esthetician? I know some massage therapist who work as estheticians as well. IP: Logged |

Yes definintely! Through your personal planets especially your Venus in Pisces I can see why you would become a massage therapist!Venus in Pisces loves to heal. Mars in Gemini loves people. Moon in Aquarius loves and understands the science of it all. Sun in Taurus loves and understands the skin and sensuality!

When I read titles like this I immediately try to guess what the chart would be like before actually reading the post. My first immediate thought was: 6th/12th House / Personal planets in Pisces/ Neptune aspects because we're talking about someone who likes to heal others. I wasn't satisfied with just that though because we're talking about healing through touching bodies (earthy) and since this type of healing is sensual Taurus/Scorpio and 2nd/8th H should also be in the mix. You have Venus in Pisces, 6th H Moon Taurus Sun and Mercury A lot of Neptune aspects and a stellium in your Pisces 8th H. IP: Logged |

Yes, I know I enjoy it, still after 10 years, but it gets tiring, and l can't see myself doing this at 60! IP: Logged |

Have you ever worked in a spa? I know a lot of Taurus usually become massage therapists, hairstylists or estheticians. I'm in my early 30's so I still have some time. But my instructors were up in age I know for sure that one was at least 50 if not older. IP: Logged |

Thanks I didn't know Pisces had anything to do with healing. I have Mercury in Aries but I doubt that really makes a difference. IP: Logged |

Yes sorry about the Mercury. But indeed it does not make a difference since you have so many other indicators. Neptune rules hospitals among other things, Pisces like to help/heal others especially in a psychological/emotional level that is why I thought that a Pisces is not enough because you want to help others in a practical way (Virgo/6th H) but the way you like doing it is by touching their skin which is earthy in a sensual way (Taurus/Scorpio 2nd/8th H) IP: Logged |

I think Massage Therapy can be healing in a psychological and emotional way. Some people do have an emotional release after getting a massage. IP: Logged |

I definately agree but it's not only psychological/emotional so we needed something more that indicates physical contact. I like doing massage myself (I am not a pro of course) and others seem to like it but honestly I can not do more than 3-5 minutes my fingers hurt so much that I can't move them. IP: Logged |
