Topic: Why is my Virgo Ascendant squaring the Moon in Cancer today?

My natal Virgo ascendant is at 29 degrees. I'm using an app called Time Passages and it's telling me that the "transiting moon" is in "strong square with natal Ascendant".
Today the Moon is in Cancer. If my Ascendant was Libra then there would be a square so I'm confused.

I think because your ASC is in the late degrees of Virgo, so a Moon in Cancer at the first degrees would make an out of sign Square cause Moon will be around 90 degrees give or take from the ASC.
