However, when I was looking at my transits the other day, I noticed something. My Uranus has been in my 10th house for over a year now, I noticed this awhile ago, which is probably causing me to want the change in the first place. But, now, my sun and mercury are also in my 10th house.

Uranus in 10th may suggest a chaotic job or one that requires you to be flexible to sporadic changes.

I have a copy of your chart wheel in my electronic files. Through some astro-detective work I was able to find your birth year, and some of your asteroid placements.

First, I am very curious ... What did you choose to do for your profession in life? I'm noticing your Uranus and position of your Neptune in H5.

I have watched asteroid 389 Industria to be significant in some people's charts, as far as 'timing' for job-starts and endings.

Presently, asteroid 389 Industria is ~21+ Pisces, moving at around the speed of Mars right now.. Your natal position is Pisces 29.41'. You'll be having your Industria-return. tIndustria will be conjunct your Pallas (strategies) at 25+Pisces..
All this in your H9.

(You know that Mars is getting ready for a retrograde period in early Aquarius for a few months this summer (or winter, depending on which hemisphere you live in). It will meet at your DESC WITH tSN crossing from your H7 into your H6. ... )

There's a NewMoon in Taurus coming in 5 more days, near your North Node IN your H10.

I’m not really sure what the asteroids mean.

I work in Human Resources but I also started a pet photography business last year which I manage part time. I’ve been at my HR job for 9 years and I’m ready to move on to a new company. Nothing bad happened, just feel like I’ve mastered this position and I’m ready for a new challenge.

So consider that this transit of Uranus to MC/through 10th has already happened for you, since typically the Asc would need to be bumped backwards. Consider that you may really a Cancer (or Gemini) rising person and this transit happened in your life years ago.

In reality, it is far more likely that Neptune is more an influence related to your MC/10th than Uranus.

But to answer your question, more typically transits by Jupiter (and fire planets generally) signal success in landing a job. Yes, Uranus can be involved, but that is not the case here. I'll venture that Jupiter is now trine your actual MC in mid-Pisces where Neptune is now. However, Jupiter is now parallel your Moon, so expect to be able to put yourself forward with greater confidence and come across with greater appeal -- no matter where Uranus or any of your natal house lines are! Great transit. Just be careful not to offer yourself overly generously just to get the job. Later, you'll regret not maintaining appropriate boundaries.
