However, according to birth chart, my Taurus house begins at 6 degrees Taurus. Am I correct to assume that 5th house transit of Uranus actually begins on 16 April 2020 (for me anyway)?

I would consider it as still being active in the 4th and only in the 5th house when the retrograde motion of Uranus has passed and the cusp of the 5th has been covered by Uranus.

Does the transit make aspects with the 5th house ruler?

Uranus is trine my Sun/Neptune right now. I am clearing out cupboards and throwing stuff away.

Yesterday I changed my entire music playlist because it felt so depleted in listening pleasure.

Like Aries23 suggests... Some people can sense the zodiac energy changes beforehand.

Uranus Taurus will not arrive to your 5th cusp 6+ until July 2019. Then it will have a period of retrograde.

Do you own a paper Ephemeris?
I highly recommend it for students or people with avid interest in astrology.

The New American Ephemeris for the 21st Century, 2000-2100 at Midnbight, Michelsen Memorial Edition, by Rique Pottenger.

You can order the Midnight or Noon versions.
I personally like the Midnight because it's easy for me to tweak GMT/UT hours (being on the East Coast USA)

I like the "Century" books because I do long range research on outer planets, and am fond of the eclipses. It's GREAT to have the physical book (for me, LOL).

I called the publishing company several times in these past years, BEGGING!!! them for a 19th Century (1800s), and other centuries, but, they said there isn't enough "interest"? *boo hooo* LOL

What do you think of my Lilith at 1 Degree Taurus? And my Pluto opposes at 2 Degree Scorpio! Now I should buckle up right? Haha!😅 should one be worried about Uranus approaching a conjunction with my natal Lilith in approx 3 weeks?

Now the interaction with Venus should be fireworks. Perhaps further reiterating what Uranus in 5th started.

Look also to the Libra cusp. But the Venus-Uranus conjunction disrupts relationships and also affects personal possessions.
