How does Mars in Aquarius activate premonitions and getting shot or death?

What house would it hit?

You might want to consider your premonitions as though interpreting a night-dream.

Do some journaling playing with the words and images.

There is a Fixed Star called Altair in those degrees of earliest Aquarius.

Please read these from a 'general detached flavor'.
Some descriptions of fixed stars sound extreme?
